I am about to order my 3rd jar of Freedom. Which I really didn’t expect if I’m honest. Freedom has made a marked difference to many of my menopausal symptoms. Particularly brain fog, lethargy and focus. The more longer I use it the more I see glimmers of my old self.
I have also started using Calm in a hot chocolate before bed which I have also noticed makes a difference to my sleep. Much deeper and less disturbed.

I've been taking Harmony daily for over a year now. With only the odd couple of weeks off but Ive certainly noticed a difference when I'm not taking them. I'm soon to turn 45 and I love the fact I'm supporting my hormones during these perimenopause years.
