Spent over £80k buying a…
Spent over £80k buying a top-of-the-range EV9 - months later it's falling apart. Sold to me by Jack who said, 'any problems just whatsapp me' and he's been ignoring me for months. Parts falling off the bottom, sunroof broken, won't book me in for scratch repair despite paying insurance for it, won't acknowledge complaint, they messed up the doors, sent someone to fix it who then made it worse and burnt the carpet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS they sell great, but they treat you like S**T afterwards.

We booked the car in to fix a potential steering fault
We booked the car in to fix a potential steering issue on our Sportage. We booked in as early as possible, we weren't too bothered as the steering seemed to be working fine. Staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived.
Took all day to perform an update to software to fix a steering fault thrown up by the app even though the steering seemd to work fine but never mind the problem has gone away.
Its just a pity that nobody could explain exactly what is the difference between the settings Auto and HEV on our plug in hybrid Sportage

Only buy if you live locally
Bought a car 10 days ago, already had so many issues with it. Given two sets of keys, only one of them works, car battery needs replacing too. Would be £300+ worth of work to get it done locally.
Acorn Kia St Helens have replaced the battery and attempted to fix the keys free of charge which I appreciate.
But I would still caution anyone buying from them if you don’t live locally. I really regret agreeing to buy a car that was 50km away from where I live given how many issues I need to go back to the dealership to sort.

I tried to to do a give car back he the short answer is yes you can. Went off to see someone came back and said the difference of what you owe and the value of the car is about £5000.
I went home and the other day saw in news that the niro EV I'll or has been discontinued what does that mean to me on a PCP were the valve of car will deprecated quicker..

I booked a service and MOT, but two days later they sent an email telling me that it had been cancelled. No apology, no explanation, no offer of an alternative date. It seems that they don't want my money.

Great customer care
Thanks to Vicki we had an easy transition from our old car to our new EV3. We were given information in a relax way and without jargon.Vicki made sure we understood all the contract details and there was no pressure.

No pressure sales reps. Able to wander around looking at cars. When we chose one the rep Mike gave us all the information. The left us while we decided on the next step. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Bought the Kia Sportage.
