Ace Working Holidays Recenzje

SCAM ORGANISATION. I went to Ayia Napa, Cyprus with Ace Working Holidays in August 2024. We paid a €50 deposit and €50 for water and electricity upon arrival. The fridge was broken and the lights did not work. There were 3 beds in the kitchen. There was no extractor fan over the hob, the shower flooded and the toilet didn’t flush, to get a plumber to fix this we, the workers, would have to pay. Insanity. The photos shown online were not anything like the actual apartment. There was a serious problem with men entering the building and trying to enter the rooms as there was no security anywhere, Ace did nothing about this, they never contacted the police, likely because this would draw too much attention to the poor conditions. There was even a group chat made on Snapchat called “NAPA SOS” which was only to be used when a stranger entered the building. Absolute insanity. The reps were not helpful, I asked for the contact info of someone who could help get my money back, they said they would and then started ignoring all of my messages. No one will answer my emails or phone calls. Also, they do not actually get you a job, they say things like “this nightclub has 3 bars so could probably do with bar staff, go there and chat with them”. They do not even contact the owners on your behalf, it is much cheaper to book your own accommodation for the month and secure your own work. If you’re wondering why there are so many good reviews it’s because some people are genuinely okay with being scammed, when a few of us raised concerns about the quality of the rooms we were met with hostility from the other workers who told us we “shouldn’t expect Buckingham Palace”. Keep in mind this is one of the most expensive apartments in Ayia Napa, I spoke to people paying as little as €300 a month for rent whereas Ace were charging €500-1000 a month. I contacted the embassy and local police and was told the only way to secure my money was to take Ace Working Holidays to court and sue them which of course would be costly. I could go on and on. Moral of the story, this is a sham organisation which knowingly and fraudulently misrepresents it’s apartments. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Thank you so much
for this company
it was all excellent services.
I can highly recommend.
I will use this again.

My experience with Ace was amazing…I met so many new people and had the best time out there. My rep Eden was amazing. She was there whenever we needed anything and I’d love her to be my rep again

This summer I decided to work abroad with ace, my time there was absolutely amazing but even more so due to the fact our rep Eden was wonderful, not only did she go above and beyond for everyone at anytime, she became a true friend too all of us who came out in the month of June, Eden is an amazing rep and ACE should feel blessed to have someone as caring and kind working for them.

had a really lovely time, Eden is the best rep ever she was very helpful and nice. The rooms are in a really good location and are clean.

Eden was great and so was the accommodation and landlady (medousa)

Sam and Toni are amazing reps any issues were sorted by them and they made our experience more enjoyable.

Ace workers is great. The reps look after you so well. Especially Sam & Toni. Any issues were sorted quickly. Accomodation was good. Fantastic season with Ace. Definitely reccomend

Sam and Toni are by far the best reps I’ve met. Throughout the month they took good care of us and were always in touch making sure we are okay, easy to talk to and get along with. Ace is definitely the way forward if anybody is looking to get into a season. Till next year

Eden Billimore is honestly the most wonderful rep and friend we could have wished for as a group. She’s made my experince one to remember and made me feel safe and comfortable while bringing the fun 24/7.

Big shoutout to her for being herself.
All the other reps were useless

Sam and Toni were the best reps you could ask for always willing to give a hand, will definitely be coming back thank you guys!

My 3rd time going abroad with Ace, and once again I absolutely loved it. Every time I say it was the best month of my life but this time topped it. Went to ayia Napa and there was about 40 other people similar in age that all stayed in the same hotel. Thank you Ace, see you next year :)))))

Their fake, can't believe their getting away with tying people into this scheme, JUST LET PEOPLE CANCEL, don't sign up to be with this fake company they'll just rinse your bank account.

My daughter went away to work this summer to Ibiza after paying money into there bank account every month for the last year. Only to find ther was no jobs waiting for them as was promised, please no one believe or use this company or you as a family will end up like us , sending funds out to my daughter so she can eat and put roof over her head. Absolutly discussing doing this scam to young people vile , please listen befor some other youngster sufferer, no work work permit was sorted out for them so couldn’t wrk pure SCAM slinks shame on you!!!!!!!

My daughter went travelling to Thailand with ACE in November last year, with her only being young I was of course worried about her going to the other side of the world on her own! But the ACE team really looked after her and she made friends instantly, I felt she was super safe and managed to sleep at night whilst she was away🙈 Absolutely recommend if you’re travelling solo & looking to make friends. A great experience for my girl and felt at ease with the group & reps she was away with.

Scam! Do not use!!! Sly use of £1 deal then they've setup auto payments from your account.
