I ordered my watch online from the USA. Ace Jewelers attention was outstanding, the watch was well packaged and a thoughtful message was included as well.

The people at ACE make you feel welcome from the moment you step into their beautiful shop. Great hosts, very knowledgeable and they take all the time for you. I bought a beautiful Omega at Ace (my first luxury watch) and they made it an unforgettable experience. I can recommend their service to everybody.

I ordered the Nomos de Stijl watch, which is a limited edition done as a collaboration of Ace Jewelers and Nomos. The watch is beautiful and the service was excellent. I was traveling, had a small time window in which to receive the watch, and was concerned about delays with customs. Ace Jewelers advised me on how to avoid delays – things went exactly as they said they would. All in all a very good experience.

I bought my Speedmaster pro here last week. I had been looking to buy a Speedy for a long time. I informed with a couple of different stores and Ace was by far the best one. They helped me very well. They could tell me a lot about the watch and the history and they are always superfriendly and give you the time you need to decide. Although the Speedy has quit a delivery time they made sure I could have it in just two weeks. All in all I am very happy with Ace and I recommend it to everyone.

I purchased an IWC Aquatimer on December 30th, 2017. Excellent customer service. Almost no waiting time for someone to help you. Technical knowledge of the sales rep was very good. They have very good range of watch brands. I highly recommend this place.

This is my first time buying from Ace Jewellers and I must say I am very satisfied with the watch and their service from day 1. Watch was very nice packed with a Thank you card as well as a Tag Heuer baseball cap. Nice touch guys!. Communication was a breeze as well via wats app with Jenna and Tamarah. Thumbs up to all in Ace Jewellers. Will highly rexommand for those who wish to buy from them. I will definitely do business with you in future.

My husband and I bought a beautiful IWC watch at Ace last month. The service was impeccable: they took a lot of time for us, tirelessly kept on showing us different models, and gave us very good and personalized advice. It has been a pleasure to visit your beautiful boutique. We'll be back!

The wonderful team at Ace Jewellers helped me achieve a dream. I live in Australia. There is a ring that is sold by the Meister Manufactory that is only available in the UK and Europe. I spent years dreaming of being able to gift this ring to my partner.
Sadly as the ring is unavailable here, I spent a long time contacting jewellers all across the UK and Europe who might be able to help me purchase this ring. A lot of companies never even bothered to respond to my query, let alone offer me any assistance.
I heard from Jenna at Ace within a day of my initial enquiry and she answered all my questions and then some. She helped me set up a deposit to order the ring, helped me confirm ring sizes and was an absolute joy to deal with!!
I work in a retail industry where our main objective is to deliver the highest possible level of customer service, so I was absolutely delighted to find a team who shares the same values instilled in me through years of customer service. I am absolutely blown away and can not recommend the team at Ace highly enough.

Perfecte informatievoorziening gedurende het gehele traject. Zeer persoonlijke klantbenadering (geschreven briefje bij de bestelling hetgeen erg vriendelijk over komt) en het product was zonder meerkosten eigentijds feestelijk verpakt. Daarnaast niet alleen het product zelf verstuurd (Nomos vouwsluiting) maar ook een boek van Ace en de meest recente (vers van de pers) brocures van Nomos. Hulde! Dit zie je niet vaak!

Aanrader! Zeer goede webshop met vriendelijke mederwerkers die je goed op de hoogte houden.
