Purchased a watch last year during my vacation in Amsterdam. Watch is great. Had some trouble getting my tax refund from global blue but customer service assisted me the whole time. Was in contact with Tamarah for several months until I finally got the refund. Will definitely recommend this store to anyone in Amsterdam.

De service die ik van Ace Jewellers heb ontvangen gedurende het aankoopproces van de verlovingsring voor mijn (nu) toekomstige vrouw is ongeëvenaard. Het was voor mij een proces waarvoor ik de tijd wilde nemen en die tijd werd mij gegund. Ace Jewellers heette mij vanaf het begin van harte welkom in tegenstelling tot enkele nabij gelegen concurrenten. Ace Jewellers heeft geluisterd naar mijn wensen en budget en altijd eerlijk advies gegeven. Ace Jewellers is alle afspraken en tijdslijnen die ik met hen heb gemaakt via email perfect nagekomen. Ik kan Ace Jewellers niet sterk genoeg aanbevelen en de vijf sterren zijn naar mijn mening meer dan verdiend.

Alon geeft top advies en neemt de tijd zijn klanten te leren kennen. Kan goed inschatten wat bij je past en plaatst de huidige trends in een langdurige context, zodat je zeker weet dat je de juiste keuze maakt. Voor mij de enige juwelier in Amsterdam waar je met een gerust hart een investering in een horloge maakt. Bedankt!

Scherpe aanbieding, betaling ging vloeiend, prettige communicatie en opvolging. En omdat ik in buitenland woon is de belasting netjes teruggestort nadat ik de door de NL douane afgestempelde rekening had teruggestuurd.
