Really fast to reply if I need help and easy to complete my task.

I'm new to this company after at long last switching from GoDaddy. Thus far I've received the support I need in a timely fashion -- and most importantly (reason for the switch) at a reasonable rate.

I found myself struggling to set up my website and after submitting a support request I received a prompt and proffesional response from the support team. Great work. Well done.

Accu web has been very reliable and great hosting my website. There very responsive whenever I have a question or problem, Any time of the day, always email updates about website. Have never had any down time during working hours, always ask best time for any updates to install. Excellent company, Would recommend if looking for someone to host your website.

I wasted a week trying to get Wordpress running on my website with a technical support staff which which was worthless. A friend of mine, a professional web developer, spent 8 hours adding unique files from the web, finally getting it working. Did I say their technical support was worthless.

Accu Webhosting is possibly one of the worst companies I have dealt with for webhosting.

Their customer service is so slow and clunky - no good for a company that relies on e-commerse. You can only ever get access to a Teir 1 support tech who cannot pass you to a supervisor or manager to esculate an issue. Anything more than simple request is passed onto a support ticket and is dealt with in rotation.

If the issue is not dealt with a reply to the ticket, hold on, your in for a long ride as your reply is sent to the bottom of the que and may take 24 hours or so to get a response.

Great pricing but poor support!

Creating my web server, mailbox, domain, SSL cert and SQL Database were all super easy. There was very little config required from me. Great service from the their tech guys and I really appreciate the live chat to get technical answers immediately.

I am migrating several sites from another host to Accu Web Hosting. Along the way, I've opened a few tickets with questions and issues and they were always answered and dealt with very fast and effectively. So far, very happy with Accu Web Hosting.

Good but not so much no backup option.

AccuWebHosting is GREAT! I transferred my two websites from a significantly more expensive competitor and had a few hiccups. The ACCU support team, both by phone and email were prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. The websites load quickly for viewers. I couldn’t be happier!

I have been with Accuweb for some time and they have a great knowledgeable support system and good uptime.

I have many sites hosted with multiple companies and servers. The only reason I am leaving Accuweb is due to the Apache version on the shared hosting not being recent enough to handle an advanced web program I want to use on all of my servers.

I know they keep updating services, so I will be sure to check back with them later this year or next to possibly have them host some of my sites again,depending on their updates.

free word press hosting and great support

I had decided to move my domain and wordpress site while searching for a provider who supported Elementor plugin, i chanced upon Accuweb. I would say from the point of me taking the subscription to getting the domain moved, my cpanel migrated for free along with ssl has been awesome. The support team is top notch, highly professional and super responsive, Its been a month with Accuweb, i already see my site super fast not to mention the top notch support you can get with Accuweb! Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised also. I was hosting my server on a private fiber link and decided to move to the cloud. I had all my files and server packages ready to upload but everything was already there waiting for one click installs! It was really easy to set up. And making mistakes are easily reversed. Although i prefer the command line the cpanel is really organized and top notch. So far service is excellent and i cant complain.

AccuWebHosting was recommended to us for a free web hosting option. We were skeptical, but were pleasantly surprised. We transferred an existing web address and they were responsive to our tickets as we migrated our site. Unlike the other free options, you get ad-free hosting and get a full control panel to manage your web hosting space.

I've been pleasantly surprised by Accuweb hosting since starting my account in late 2019. I was able to move my domain, set up word press and get my site back up and running quickly. Thankfully it was a much more streamlined process than I expected and my site is loading faster than it was previously. I also feel I have more control of the site itself with the services provided by Accuweb hosting.

I can definitely recommend Accuweb hosting to others and already have. If you're looking for a host - they deserve serious consideration.
