Exceptional Experience with Access Skills, Highly Recommend!
I recently completed the RQF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care with Access Skills, and I can confidently say that it was a valuable experience. The course itself was well structured and filled with insightful teachings that have significantly enhanced my understanding of leadership and management in adult care. The materials provided were thorough, and the learning process was both interesting and highly beneficial for my professional development.
All the staff were great, but I cannot complete this review without mentioning Sonia, who was absolutely exceptional throughout my learning journey. Her warm and encouraging nature made me feel completely at ease during assessments, allowing me to perform at my best. She has an incredibly friendly demeanour and is always ready to offer guidance and support whenever needed. Each time I had a question, she took the time to explain concepts clearly and patiently, ensuring that I fully understood everything before moving forward. Her dedication and passion for teaching truly shone through, making the learning experience even more enjoyable.
Sonia’s support was invaluable in boosting my confidence and she is a true asset to Access Skills.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Access Skills and would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to advance their career in adult care leadership and management. Thank you, Sonia, for your unwavering support and encouragement!

My experience was great as Access skills offered me flexibility and support throughout the program. Level 5 in Adult Care
I have just completed my Level 5 Adult Care with access skills, the support and guidance I have received throughout the apprenticeship has been amazing, the support and mentorship especially from Katherine and Vickie motivated me to want to excel on the course and within my job role.
The knowledge and skills gained from the course has also helped me with promotions within my role as what you are learning can be applied to practice.
The knowledge I have gained has helped not only me but our service to provide better quality care for our service users as well as provide more opportunities for our staff to expand their skills.
