Excellent service from the whole team at Aberdein Considine for our property purchase and sale. Ruairidh guided us through the process and ensured we were kept up to date at every stage. He communicated effectively with all other parties and helped to move the process along in the final days and weeks. Special mention to Paul for keeping us in the loop on the cash movements on the day of completion; always a stressful time! Overall a high level of service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Aberdein Considine to others.

We managed to sell our house in the quiet (for selling), depths of winter thanks to the swift, proactive and helpful communication and actions from AC.

I felt like we enjoyed a more contemporary approach to house selling than might have been with some other firms with good social media back up and access to a possible purchaser database.

And to Bethany Jarvis who made me feel like nothing was ever a bother and despite there being a few bumps along the way (none of AC making) she guided us carefully through the process and was both responsive and proactive. Thanks of course to Chris Comfort for support and council at the significant beginning, middle and end of the process. It's a great team at AC.

Jordan and his team provided excellent help and assistance throughout the process of selling our flat, particularly in the later stages when there was un unexpected roof leak.

I also wanted to thank Jade who supported me with the conveyancing, especially for providing me with sound advice on what to offer for the properties I have viewed ( much better knowledge of the market than the solicitor I have used for the previous flat purchase). Jade and Caroline's help made the entry date surprisingly smooth, which was appreciated after all the stress of selling and buying.

We used the Dyce branch and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first point of contact until the sale went through, the staff were there guiding us through the whole process. Everything carried out was done promptly and professionally and the office were there with any answers we required. We were fortunate enough to receive an offer 4 hours after the house went on the market and I do believe thats down to the efficiency of marketing by Aberdein Considine and keeping jn touch with known interested parties.

Tracey and her team made the process of marketing our flat very easy and slick. They kept us to date with the progress on viewings and the feedback from viewers. Despite a slow market in Aberdeen they were able to find a buyer for us. We felt supported and guided at every step of the way.

Our property had many viewings but offers received were not acceptable. We wanted to reduce the asking price prior to the Christmas break however, Kira Moir our Senior Property Adviser, suggested we hold off until the New Year when more buyers would be actively looking. The reduced price and timing worked as we had a raft of viewings and 3 offers which took matters to a closing bid. We have now accepted an offer we are happy with and must thank Kira for her tactical awareness of what to do and when.
