People say estate agents aren’t nice, I disagree! I’ve never met such a nice bunch of people who have helped me with my search. I’ve been looking for a property in Aberdeen for the last 5 months and the help I’ve received from Aberdein Considine, one word - WOW! Thank you to Vicki & Kyle for suggesting properties to me and to Lauren who I’ve spoken with a few times on the phone to arrange viewings. Superb service! Took care of everything during a very busy time for me as I was moving abroad.

The property management team have generally been good over the last 3 years or so since we have rented our property and speedily responded to any issues, albeit we haven't had to have many dealings with them. In recent weeks, I've had to report a few issues (call it bad luck) and I have to say I'm really disappointed at the lack of urgency in resolving these. After 9 days of hearing nothing, I had to chase up each issue individually and was told contractors had been assigned and would be in contact. A further 3 days have passed and I have yet to hear anything. I am particularly dismayed that one of the issues is a broken radiator in my 1 year old son's room and the fact that I raised concerns about him not being able to shift a cold as a result. As a landlord myself, I find the response times unacceptable, nevermind the fact that I still don't even have a date booked for the issues raised to be resolved. A bitter end to what has otherwise been an enjoyable tenancy.

The team kept me informed throughout the whole process. Although it is still to be finalised the sale was relatively stress free.

The service was great and fast , we had the agent visited our house and arranged the survey and all the next steps in a good time manner and the house was sold in two weeks 😊😊
