I have used Aberdein Considine many times over the years, most recently for a sale, and their service is always excellent! Not only did they have my property under offer within 24 hours, they were quick to act in preparing the marketing material, legal work and keeping me updated throughout.

They helped me identify each property and gave me good advice about which ones to avoid and which would be great places to live. They helped me make appointments to see properties and then to make good decisions. I'm not from Scotland, so I appreciated the assistance with the legal process. I did a zoom tour with Sarah and she was so helpful and patient. She spent about an hour, opened every drawer and cupboard, measured up and rearranged furniture to make sure my piano would fit.
Fiona also went over and above helping me with my move and making sure the flat was move in ready for me.
