Apologies to the staff at Peterhead for the delay but yes moving house is always filled with endless unpacking and decorating. What can I say… from start to finish the team were absolutely fantastic. They did everything to not only sell our home but to help us find our dream cottage. The amount of homes they found us to view that met/almost met all our criteria was just fab. Honestly never want to move again now in our dream home but if I did I would 100% use and recommend these guys. A really really lovely team that work together really well. Thankyou

Great service, friendly staff, they did everything I requested nothing was too much bother, costs are maybe higher than other competitors but house sold quickly, everything was smooth and efficient would definitely recommend

We took the most expensive marketing package. Paid weekly for facebook ads. They did nothing!! Did not find the buyer, did no communicating or legwork with buyer. Didnt do any viewings and in the 6 months it took , didnt contact once . Peterhead office boss didnt return calls , emails. We had to chase. Yet they are so fast to issue their expensive invoice!

My wife and I used Aberdein Considine for the selling of our old house and for purchasing our current home. I found Aberdein Considine to be highly professional and very efficient.
I used their property conveyancing service and was highly impressed that the whole process was completed in four weeks.
In particular, I want to commend Claire Munro who handled the transaction and was a pleasure to deal with.

Customer services not really impressed - I just had an enquiry on what the selling fees are knowing what the value of the property is and was advised someone would have to attend as it’s all done on size of property etc etc - other agencies were able to provide a rough cost without coming out ! First impression count!

The folk in the office were so informative & always there on the end of a phone & email.
Can't thank you all enough for your efficient service throughout the procedure.

I have used Aberdein Considine Peterhead over the last few years for their Mortgage Advisor and Will writing services. Karen was great help in helping me find my first time buyer mortgage and then a remortgage. Jordan had great advice for what to include in my Will, clearly explaining various scenarios without having too much of an influence. A quick turnaround from initial meeting to final Will.
