My Saturday mornings had started with Frank skinner for over a decade. Laughed until I cried quite often. I cannot believe you have axed him. He made the start of my weekends fun filled. I will never switch you on again. Whoever made the decision to cancel him needs their bumps feeling!

Absolute rubbish radio more like...annoying so called djs that just press a few buttons and playing the same variety day in day out and talking about pointless crap mixed in with relentless repetitive adverts, hate this station.

Axing Frank Skinner show, well done. No longer a listener, will go elsewhere.

Whey a disgrace and ageist that they have sacked Frank Skinner. I will be changing my music channel for sure!

Music is good, bit repetitive, but in between those they are constantly asking for money in some fashion.. I don't mean ad's, more hounding people for competitions, charity, buying stuff.. feels pretty relentless tbh

I work for a major car manufacturer and in their factory they play this radio station every day with the same song's played several times throughout my shift even after a short while I'm like hasn't this song already been on. It's all laptop djs and hooky pop Shi#e I could cry at how bad today's music is and you can hardly call them musicians as they can't play instruments and their lyrics are totally boll$cks.

Purchased tickets through their site for AC/DC only to be charged but later find out that no transaction had taken place.

Now the tickets are £300 each! Original price for two tickets was below £190. I could not afford to have bought another set of tickets when they were released......

Now going to miss out on an awesome band who are unlikely to tour again.

I like the radio station despite all the negative reviews below. It's my go to station with music I like. I also play Make Me a Winner on a regular basis.....I have answered my phone on occasions with that reply to various people (including work 🤣).

I may have to find another station as I cannot believe I had the chance to go and see AC/DC. In good faith, I waited after getting in touch.

I used to enjoy Absolute 80’s but I have been getting increasingly annoyed by the same songs every day. Although I enjoy most 80’s music, in a decade that was heavily influenced by electronic music, I find hard to understand the channel’s total obsession with rock music. A a great pioneering channel has been progressively ruined. Such a shame.

Presenters laugh at the most unfunny comments. Example: presenter says: " I don't like owls". Cue inane loud laughter.
It's like this all the way through. I'm forced to listen to this poop/Dave Berry in the office. Plus the way they talk over each other.

Same songs every single day. Starting to get annoyed as I’m forced to listen to the station all day.

The 70s was a great decade of music with many generes. Yet Absolute play the same songs day in day out.
As for Dave Berry I just have to turn him off.
Not funny at all and all the canned laughter.
The most annoying presenter ever.
Frank Skinner is very good and that's about it.
Retuning my radio can't listen to Absolute any more. Awful.

AM Transmitter switched off in Jan. Sky now says its going from there too. Impossible to listen to them unless you have the app, no way I'm putting my personal details there so they can track when and what I listen to. Plus phone apps are generally rubbish. Dab reception unstable and not fit for purpose. It should be a straightforward task to listen to a national radio station, making it hard, it's like they don't even want you.

They pretty much play the same playlist everyday then occasionally change it .

You will only ever hear the same 3 songs by the same artist . An artist could have 20 bangers and they will only play the same ones.

Adverts are also extremely repetitive and Dave Berry isn't funny at all

They constantly say no repeat guarantee then continuously play the same 20 songs every day🤣🤣🤣

Worst radio to exist just stop and remove this. It like listening to the same songs day in and out like give it a rest

Appalling, it's just a massive advert for the Disney / Cruise rip-off machine.
Another lost listener going back to the almost as bad Radio X.

Great music and some songs you'll never hear on other stations only thing is they repeat the same stuff daily. As for the presenters well they just talk rubbish. I couldn't give a toss about their private life. Frank Skinner is brilliant maybe have him on Sunday too. Great 80s music.

Excellent station, fabulous banter, always makes me smile. I love Dave Berry and his team, Andy and Richie, Frank and his team and Jason. Keep up the great work, you're a tonic xx

the app just doesn't work! constantly keeps crashing. Annoying as I like listening to Dave Berry's show on catch up. Please someone sort it out!

Ever so often I think 'I know, I'll listen to absolutely 90s' But I soon remember I don't listen regularly. Why do I do this to myself! OK, this time I'll learn. I'm not going back. Yes, they play some classic, hence two stars. Bit the most frustrating thing is that most only have a pot of about 100 songs to pick from. The 90s were a fabulous era. Probably the best mix of genres. Absolutely 90s manages to condense it down to poplar run of the mill tosh.
