Good delivery service, not as good quality balls as expected.
Delivery service very good.
Expected pearl quality balls to look white and new. About a third were very good but disapointed with the rest. They looked quite old, worn and off white.

i have ordered balls twice now from Absolute Balls and both occasions the balls looked like new, the worst? ones looked as if they had been hit only once or twice.
delivery was spot on and arrived within 2 days of ordering.
i reccomend these guys to all my friends

Great service - not the best product
Ordered a dozen Pearl Srixon Z-Stars. Great communication from Absolute Balls. The balls were delivered on the day stated. They even told me to the hour when the balls were going to arrive.
Slightly disappointed on opening the package. Several of the balls had logos or players markings on them. The balls were of good quality otherwise but not exactly what I expect from Pearl.

Thanks for your feedback, we do read each one and use them to make small changes that will hopefully eradicate these small issues we sometimes have.

The balls were less than 50% PEARL GRADE. Majority I would class as A GRADE at best.
Good delivery on time but product average. The balls were expected to be Pearl Grade, that is bright finish with no major blemishes. The balls received were more than 50% A grade eg dull finish and or with noticeable scuffs.

We are sorry that the balls you bought were not correct, it sounds like there could have been a mix up with the order and you had the A grade shipped by mistake - we are working on a new fulfillment system which should be in place within the next few weeks that will hopefully eliminate this form of error.
Please do not forget that if you are truly unhappy we will replace the balls for you, just contact us at our email address via the website.

Great balls at great prices
I've bought golf balls from Absolute Balls a coupole of times now and have been really impressed with both the speed and qulaity of their service. I'm able to play with the balls I really want at a fraction of the price of buying brand new.

Fast delivery!
Although the delivery was fast and correct the quality of the received balls was extremely low.
I order A + B quality golf balls but the majority of the balls received was not even close to C quality.

wrong order, right result
I ordered 24 balls but on opening the package there were only 22 balls in it. After an e-mail to absoluteballs they dispatced the extra balls plus 1, which were received within 24 hours. Fast, efficient and fair. I know where all my future golf balls will be purchased from in future.

Good speedy delivery,was kept up to date with delivery progress,
however balls arrived in a plastic bag not boxed,some chipped.
ASKED FOR A EXCHANGE BUT NO REPLY.
Why dispatch in a plastic bag, obviously going to get damaged.

We have not received an email from you - have you tried to call us or sent the email again? We reply within 24 hours where we can on emails and having checked we still have no email from yourself.
As for the plastic bags, we ship all our small orders in courier bags, which are very secure and are handled with the greatest care. If the bag is damaged with pitting on arrival then obviously something has gone wrong. We have not had experience of balls being damaged in transit to date, so this one is a strange one. We require pictures of the damage before we can say whether this was damaged during transit or whether this was due to the grade of ball you purchased.
