Our old boiler packed up recently during extremely cold weather so very busy time for installers. Quickly got quotes which varied enormously. Absolute were the best and so we went ahead. Fantastic job by Dan and his apprentice Tyler. The boiler was in the loft so they were up and downstairs all day. Completed in one day all working perfectly can’t thank them enough. Would recommend them and absolute heating to anyone.
SAM came to assess the breakdown last Wednesday explained the the reason for the breakdown being the fan. Carl ordered the fan thesame day. Being housebound and both of us aged Sam said it was stated we were very vulnerable and explained we would get priority care. I spoke to Carly Friday snd she said the part was due in then and that Sam would be out to fit it today.
Sam rang 10.30 and he arrived as said. An excellent repair was done. Sam is very nice to talk to very affable friendly helpful caring and understanding and very presentable. An excellent representative. Carly is the same and gives excellent customer service.

Wonderful service, they say what they do on the tin. Would recommend they, James (engineer) was really helpful and helped spot a fault I did know we had.
First class service from Daniel today, diagnosed a problem with our boiler very quickly, talked me through his findings, showed me the faulty part and explained why it had failed. Completely transparent from start to end.
Great job done by James today at my dads property. James called me half hour before he attended so I was able to get to the house to meet him. He was very Pleasant and thorough and I was very impressed that he was wearing shoe covers. He answered all my dad’s questions and took the time to explain anything he didn’t understand. Will definitely be asking for absolute heating to attend again when needed.
Awful. Engineer was so rude and obnoxious. Shocked by the arrogance. If you are elderly, avoid at all costs.

Initial site visit to review an issue with our boiler undertaken by Sam. Called to confirm timing of arrival, courteous and knowledgeable when considering the issues and provided a clear update on the problem and how to fix it. There is a hero out there every day! Today this was Jim or should I say 'Saint Jim' at Absolutle Heating. If the service Jim's company offers is anything like his road side assistance the rating is above and beyond excellent. In brief: On the M42 Mum '86' and myself incurred a flat tyre, whilst ringing the incident in to green flag. I'm tapped on the shoulder by Jim who had already past us. Got off at the off ramp turned around got back on the M42 and changed our tyre. I cannot express how grateful we are, giving us precious time with family and a continued stress free journey. Thank you Jim for being so kind and truly wonderfull. We arrived in Wales safely. If your ever do work in Nottingham I will be ringing Absolute Heating. This company is amazing and have restored my confidence that there actually engineers out there that know what they are doing. After 14 weeks without heating or hot water absolute heating have sorted it, if only they was sent the first time around I wouldn’t have been with out for so long.
My issue started when I noticed I had no heating and I got intouch with the company that provide my boiler cover they sent there own engineer out who found that the issue was a valve and tried to change it but it ended in disaster with water pouring though my ceiling as the engineer had ripped a hole in my hot water cylinder so I had to wait for a week till they could replace it but that was only the start of my issues after they replaced the cylinder they was unable to get me any heating and hot water I then had another 7 visits over a 13 week period from different engineers and this resulted in me being told that my whole heating system needed to be re-piped so I asked for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did.
On the day of my visit I was kept up to date on the arrival of my engineer, James arrived at my property at the time he stated he would he asked me to explain the history as he walked around the house looking at the boiler and the cylinder after only 5 mins he was able to spot the issue and explained what needed to be done, again I was very optimistic as no one els had been able to resolve the issue. James explained that he would need to rebook the job so the works could be carried out but said he would try and get my water working in the mean time and to my surprise after only 30 minutes at my home he not only got my hot water working he was also able to Restore my heating upstairs again.
I was then phoned the following morning my a lady called Carly she explained what would happen next and reassured me that on the day of the visit the engineer would be left free all day so that he could make sure that the job was completed she was so professional and a pleasure to talk to a welcomed improvement on the experience I have had with my insurance company. On the day of my second visit I was called first thing in the morning by the engineer called Dan who again arrived on time, he explained what he would be doing and got to work and with in the space of an hour I heard the taping of the downstairs radiators starting to heat up and dan came down to explain that the works had been completed and it was what James had said and it was all down to an installation error.
Absolute amazing engineers big thank you to James, Carly and Dan will definitely be asking for you guys again if I have any issues.
Sam is the heating engineer we all wish for when we encounter problems with our heating systems. He is polite, knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work - ensuring he does everything in his capacity to resolve the issues. He is an exceptional heating engineer and the ultimate professional.
He arrived on time, calling 30 minutes in advance to confirm his arrival time. Sam also had overshoes to ensure he didn't damage our carpets - a nice touch. He assessed the problem and informed me that the boiler needed a replacement fan which had to be ordered. A subsequent appointment was booked to have the work carried out when the part arrived. On the day of the appointment, Sam again called 30 minutes prior to inform he was on his way and arrived promptly. The repair work and was carried out and although the boiler started to work, the water and heating system did not 'kick in' immediately. Sam waited and checked out the 'boiler mate' system whilst he waited for the water in the tank to heat up. He waited until the water and heating worked to ensure the problem was resolved.
I couldn't be more thankful to Sam - not only for the work he carried out but also for being incredibly friendly and taking the time to explain the problem. The work and service is of the highest standards and I will definitely use the company again if I encounter any issues in the future. I could not recommend Sam or Absolute Heating enough. Thank you!

Please AVOID this company. They should change their name to ‘Absolute USELESS’. Engineers don’t know what they are doing and that also goes for the people working in the office/taking calls. Left my family without heating and hot water for nearly a week, resulting in my daughter getting ill. Luckily the Insurance company suggested something else and this resulted in a satisfactory result.
