Authorization at checkout is a lighter check to confirm funds, but final billing goes through full verification, which sometimes reveals issues not caught earlier. That said, your shipment was delivered without delay—we simply reached out to request updated payment details to resolve the issue.

The option to use colorfill was mistakenly allowed, despite the fact that laser-engraved acrylic does not support it.
