If they did not have my exact rquirements they phoned up straight away to sort that or an alternative product. Posted that day or the next. I am very pleased and will certaily use them again.

Prompt, reliable, helpful, good value service
Ordered goods which were delivered as promised. There was a hitch with a few items but these were resolved with equivalent and better replacements for original price. All delivered withn a few days enabling my son and I to enjoy our holiday.

A great company
Before ordering I phoned with a few questions and was given some really good, friendly advise.
Had a good search of the internet and couldn't find cheaper anywhere.
Goods were dispatched very quickly and arrived promptly surrounded by excellent packaging.
All companies should try to be as good as this one, can't fault them at all.

Excellent shop with the best customer service and the cheapest prices!
As a newcomer to the sport i found that the customer service offered by AB was second to none.
Sea Fishing is a minefield of jargon technical information and experience which AB helped me navigate with ease. There patient and candid approach was refreshing as my local shops are only for the initiated.
Delivery is fast

How internet shopping shoul be
Recently returned to sea fishing after a six year lay off and decided to splash out a bit and update my equipment.
The AB Fishing Tackle site was well presented and very easy to navigate and the prices were great so I put in an order for various items ( including a new rod ).
Ordering and paying was simple, communication was excellent.
Everything that I ordered turned up promptly and was very well packaged and in perfect order.
Would not hesitate to use again.
