Worst cue I have ever purchased and terrible customer service
Ordered a cue
Took over 3 weeks to arrive
Very poor finishing on the cue
Only used it twice
Second time I used it the tip came off and 2 cracks appeared in the 'pure' ebony butt
Thought ebony was a hardwood
I am returning the cue for a refund
Will never purchase from this company again
I advise you not to use this company

John keeps saying they are not in focus
There is a 14 returns policy but he refuses to provide the returns address

This is one of these worst customer services that I have ever dealt with

Hi Darron, thanks for your 1-star review, and all the exclamations marks - our first in 17-years !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations !!!!!!!!
After reviewing the 35 emails back and forth to you, your cue took three weeks because it was rushed through the normal process of 4-5 weeks process for the 'custom' features you wanted.
We cannot assess anything at this point given the images you sent in are completely blurred. Please resend them in-focus, as per the email sent to you and follow the process.
There is no such thing as a 'pure' ebony butt. They are made from splices. We tried to explain the possible problems and solutions to you on the phone but you spent most of your time either interrupting or using profanities by insulting the staff.
Because we have a zero tolerance policy with customers who display your aggressiveness and vile behaviour, we had to terminate your phone calls. I encourage readers of this review to go and read 'all' your other 1-star reviews to get a more rounded picture of the type of interactions you participate in. !!!!!!!!!

Tips do come off from time to time. I've replaced hundreds of tips over the years and its just the nature of some glues. Replacing tips are easy and also part of normal use.
Cracks are usually caused by overtightening and given you did not report these when the cue arrived then it seems it was most likely caused by miss-use. Cracks do not just appear inside one week unless there is some other reason.
Yes, ebony is a hard, dense wood and it naturally contains browns or other faint colours from time to time. I have these in my own cue and they are a beautiful feature.
Finally, I'd like to award you zero stars for your customer feedback and will add this to the site once (like Uber) they shortly introduce the option for businesses to also review their customers. Can wait for that feature...
