What a frustrating website. As for their customer care that's zero. I have emailed them numerous times. Not one reply. I am even considering doing a charge back as they clearly do not care. I have hit start generate by mistake a few times, too many. There is no cancel button so its costs credits that's not really very fair because of a poorly designed interface is unacceptable. Since you can actively lose credits due to this "missing button" layout issue I need to freeze my usage and secure a refund. As for the video generation, the faces are terrible, like one reviewer wrote 'grotesque' is a good word to describe that. It will get better I hope.

When I first subscribed, the sites image to video and image editor were very good, often excellent. But in the past few months I have abandoned using the site as the output quality has declined noticeably. Using the same source images and prompts, faces in videos are now consistently blurry, doubled, or grotesque. The image editor often cannot maintain resolution or detail when making very simple edits and is now inferior in this regard to basic software like Microsoft photos. If I could get my money back, I would.

I like how there are no limits. I can make family-friendly things, non-family friendly things, and cinema-rated things. I find it very easy to type in a couple of words, and it gives me a picture that I can easily turn into a video.
