A101 Paramı 11+ Gündür Vermiyor! Sürekli Oyalıyorlar – Dikkat!

16.04.2026 tarihinde Üsküdar Yahya Kemal Mahallesi’ndeki A101 şubesinden 19.990 TL’ye Volta marka elektrikli bisiklet satın aldım. Satış sonrası üründe sorun olduğu söylenerek iade süreci başlatıldı.
Ancak 11 günü aşkın süredir param iade edilmiyor. Her gün arıyorum, mağazaya gidiyorum—aldığım tek cevap: “yarın iade yapılacak.” Ama ortada ne iade var ne de net bir tarih. Resmen oyalıyorlar.
Bu durum açıkça müşteri mağduriyetidir. 19.990 TL gibi bir tutarın bu şekilde bekletilmesi kabul edilemez. Süreci bilerek uzattıklarını düşünüyorum.
Bugün itibarıyla Tüketici Hakem Heyeti başvurusu yapacağım. Ayrıca tüm yasal haklarımı sonuna kadar kullanacağım.

Çekmeköy’deki A101 mağazasından bir Onvo marka televizyon satın aldım. Sadece altı gün sonra, televizyonda birçok problem olduğu için mağazaya geri götürüp iade veya değişim talebinde bulundum. Ne yazık ki mağaza bu konuda yardımcı olmayı reddetti.

Türkçeyi iyi konuşamadığım için bunun aleyhime kullanıldığını hissettim. Ne A101 mağazası ne de Onvo firması ürünle ilgili sorumluluk kabul etti.

Müşteri hizmetlerini her aradığımda farklı bir açıklama yapıldı. Hatta Türkçe konuşan bir arkadaşım onlar adına aradığında bile yine destek vermeyi reddettiler.

Tüketici haklarımın korunmasını ve bu arızalı ürün için ya uygun bir değişim yapılmasını ya da tam ücret iadesi talep ediyorum.

This marketed is horrible do not buy any fruit or veggies they are absolutely disgusting. They sell very very old spoiled moulded stuff. They advertise on TV like they’re the best and cheap but unfortunately they are the worst ever. They sell the absolutely disgusting fruit and veggies. I wish I can put the photos of that what they sent me but I couldn’t insert the photos to show the public how spoiled moulded stuff they sell.

I bought Onvo 320V6000H hd ready android 13 smart led tv from A101 store. DO NOT BUY!
- They rooted the operating system Android, that is, the operating system is fake and we buy this product as original. It is not! And for this reason, none of the applications are updated.
- The amount of applications in the application store is very, very small. - Netflix gives an update error when opening. Even if you pass that error and open it, it is a complete torture to navigate in it. (I'm not exaggerating. If you don't believe it, buy it, but don't say I told you.)
- Some applications cannot be opened due to the root process. It gives an error that it is rooted.
- The interface is cramping. There is no enjoyable use. - A101 employees say you can open it yourself when buying and send you. But when we go to return this defective product even on the same day, they say we cannot accept it if you opened it. They say we need to ask our branch manager. So I have to ask your branch manager to use my legal rights. This is a crime.
- DO NOT BUY!

A101 kampanyasindan online olarak bir motosiklet satin aldim. Sozlesmeye gore 1 ay icinde teslim edilecekti. Ancak 1 ayi 8 gun gecmesine ragmen hala motosikletten bi haber yok.

Today I would like to convey the bad experience I had in Strada Esenyurt. While I was waiting in line, I was disturbed by the fact that a customer who came before me was given priority.

The cashier assistant paid no attention to me the entire time, throwing my change and receipt at me. Moreover, when I confronted her, she started swearing at me. I have never encountered such inhumane behavior before in my life.

I have decided to boycott A101 and will tell everyone around me to do the same. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

A101 online mağazadan piyasada bulunan ürünlerden ucuz olduğu için alışveriş yapmıştım ama parfümler ve terlikler kesinlikle orijinal ürünlerle aynı değil. Kokusu kalıcı olması gereken parfüm hiç kokmuyor, yumuşak tabanlı olması gereken terlikler taş gibi dikişleri atmış ve adi yapıştırıcılar ile yapıştırılmış. Kesinlikle güvenip alışveriş yapmayın. Yaptığım araştırmaya göre bu ürünlerin üretilirken belli bir standartları varmış ama A101 bu standartları sağlamayan ucuz işçilik ile üretilen ülkelerden getirtiyormuş. Aradaki fiyat ve kalite farkı buradan kaynaklanıyormuş. İade etmek için geri gönderdiğim ürünlerin üstüne çöktüler şuan parayı geri almak ile uğraşıyorum.
