This company has became an absolute scam.Customer for years with them,making me go back and forth for a 15 pound withdrawal,it has been almost 2 weeks,provided bank statement,id,everything they need,just so their lovely customer support ask me the very next day for the same papers ! Stay away ! Very away.

At beginning everything going to be okay but once you going to start winning everything going to change, at beginning with out your permission they will put by there choice deposit limit, then they will somehow affect server and gams will freeze, slow, and reset with out reason. Ik werd 2 weken geleden uit het niets geblokkeerd. Want ze waren bezorgd om mijn spel? Ik speel te veel? Ik heb om maandelijkse/wekelijkse rapporten gevraagd omdat ik alleen wat pre-match bets plaats. Nooit reactie op gehad.
Vervolgens maken ze het je heel lastig, stellen elke 2/3 dagen 1 vraag per mail en unblocken je account gewoon niet om safety redenen.
Nog nooit meegemaakt dit. Gelukkig kon ik mijn geld eraf halen en nooit meer deze bookmaker voor mij! Ze willen je alleen als je verliest.

I finally dug in my heels. I told 888 that they needed to adhere to their own guidelines and start reviewing their weekly cashback amounts and point accelerations. When I was able to show screenshots of all deposits meeting or exceeding their requirements and they refused to produce records showing proper credit. They decided to block account access and after several weeks of non compliance and no answers I have decided to rate their site 1 star.

Just spoke to Veronica through chat, she ended up closing the chat on me, because she and her managers were contradicting their own T&Cs.
Their website always has issues, for the past years i have been using them, but the latest one is just unacceptable.
