I had them do two paper for me. One I received late and was not complete as instructed. The other was done so poorly. I received a 'F' on the paper for none of the paper criteria followed. I got a 7 out 100 on the paper. The only reason professor gave some point was because I submit something. whoever you try to call the number. you will receive a non working number message. if you email them. they will never respond. HORRIBLE! Don’t trust! I had an essay assignment I tried to have them do. I gave them a couple weeks to complete. EVERYTIME I called the number provided, email, or talk to someone online just to check in the status or whatever, I NEVER got a response. They sent the suppose to be assignment that was NO WHERE NEAR what I asked for. The ONLY time I got a response from them was when I requested a refund. I had to fight tooth and nail to try and get them to see they were wrong and had to delete a previous negative review in order to get the refund. I did that and to make it worse, after a couple weeks they sent me A PARTIAL REFUND!!!! Horrible customer service. I’ve only used this service once. I placed an order and set a date for 2 1/2 weeks out. Thinking that I would get it back when it is completed. They literally take the entire time and won’t give you your order until the exact date you specified. I’ve used other services and have received my order pretty quickly.
