I have received excellent service from…

I have received excellent service from Nick.
I had an issue with delivery over Xmas as I was not home when delivered. Nick was responsive and helped me sort out a new date
I now have the products - products also very good ( I bought the shampoos)

Products are amazing.

Products are amazing.
I have used the shampoo, conditioner and blow dry cream and now would not use anything else.
They also smell amazing

Superb quick delivery

I love these products but I always order at the point of finishing the products. But the quick delivery was fabulous. Ordered Sunday. Packed by Monday and delivered by Tuesday morning. Thank you so much.

I haven’t received the parcel yet

Parcel received, after a polite call from the company reassuring me it had been delivered. A lovely sweetie surprise in there also.. thank you 72 Hair!

72 have changed their formula

72 have changed their formula. I used to love this treatment, but my hair looks and feels disgusting, I cannot go out with it looking like this. I’m washing it off tomorrow after 3 days, I’m interested to see if there is any benefit to this new formula. I won’t have this treatment again, as it’s not possible to go out with my hair looking this awful, I cannot get a comb through it without losing far too much hair, my hair looks dirty. It’s a shame, because I have recommended this treatment in the past.

I still haven't received my order

I still haven't received my order. What's happening?

Update: I've received an email from the company which explains the delay and assures me that the items are on the way.

I'm very pleased that the email came in a very timely fashion. And the reassurance makes me a happy customer.
