Von netten Mitarbeitern abgeholt und unkomplizierte Übergabe des Fahrzeugs.
Wie immer, sehr zufrieden. Bis nächstes Jahr.

Fantastic customer service and procedures.

Rented a car for a week. Very good car for the price. A little difficult to find the pick up bus at the airport. Quick and easy to get the car out, quick and easy to hand it back. Very helpful staff. Very competitive price. No bad issues.

READ THE FINE PRINT. Their "fully comprehensive insurance" only covers the FIRST damage. Other damages are on you. A tiny visible scratch is considered first damage. You can confirm this on their website or via call/WhatsApp. Also, their attendants do not know what CDW is, which is annoying.
I recommend buying an additional car rental insurance privately, and getting a confirmation that this extra private insurance is valid, before you book anything.
Other than that they were OK, fairly efficient pick-up and drop-off.

[EDIT]: They continue to insist (here and via text messages) that the insurance is valid after a scratch. This is not what they told me upon booking, and not what the rental terms state. I have the full transcript of our WhatsApp correspondence, if anyone cares to see it.
In addition, their pick-up attendant did NOT know what CDW was, even as I was trying to explain it to her three times in very clear and simple English. This was neither professional, nor very pleasant.

Alles ging super. Het boeken was heel makkelijk. Eenmaal op de verzamelplaats reden er op de paar minuten een nieuw busje, naar de locatie om je auto op te halen(tijdsduur +- 10 a 15 min max). Daar werd je ook heel snel geholpen. En bij terugkomst was alles ook snel geregeld. Als je iets met de auto had was dit ook snel geregeled.

Rented a car for a week. On the last day, we were on the highway a 3 hour drive away from the airport, with 5 hours remaining till our flight. The clutch stopped cooperating and we were left on the side of the highway pretty much in the middle of nowhere. The highway patrol stopped by and ordered a tow truck, while we were on the phone with 4Rent, who also ordered a tow truck and a taxi for us to get to Thessaloniki. We got put on the first tow truck, headed to some small town and were desperately trying to figure out how we were going to find the taxi and what to do with the car. Then, the tow truck we were on stopped on the side of the road, where another tow truck and a taxi were waiting. The car got put on the other tow truck and we got in the taxi and made our flight. Mind you, this all happened on Saturday in Greece. 4Rent took care of everything - didn't have to pay a cent on top of the rental fee. The 4.9 star rating on trustpilot really doesn't do these guys justice.

Ho noleggiato dal sito. Arrivando in aereo a Salonicco, necessitavo di un'auto per andare a Nikiti per 14 giorni. Vengono in aeroporto a prendervi col loro van e in pochissimo si è nella loro sede. Pratica velocissima, nessun deposito sulla carta di credito. Prezzo chiaro e onesto, servizio professionale e velocissimo.
Ho dovuto tornare a Milano in anticipo. Arrivare alla loro sede per riconsegnare l'auto è stato semplicissimo e altrettanto veloce la riconsegna.
Poi sono stato accompagnato in aeroporto. Il plus veramente degno di menzione è che MI HANNO RIMBORSATO PARTE DEL PREZZO PAGATO DI LORO INIZIATIVA ! Io non avevo chiesto nulla sapendo come girano le cose. IL LORO GESTO MI HA COMMOSSO. Comunque, a parte questo particolare personale, consiglio vivamente 4rent per la flotta nuova ed efficiente, per la professionalità, l'efficienza, la cortesia.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Alles lief wie vereinbart. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Alles hat bestens und reibungslos geklappt; von der Übernahme bis zur Rückgabe alles schnell und ohne Probleme. Selbst ein Autotausch während der Mietzeit wurde problemlos abgewickelt und ein Auto höherer Kategorie wurde hier zur Weiterfahrt übergeben. Auch die Kommunikation in deutsch verlief problemlos.

Zuverlässig, freundlich, unkompliziert - und dazu noch günstig! Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gerne weiter empfehle.

Dear 4Rent, I am very satisfied with how things went, I rented an S2automatic for 27th August to 2nd of September. Was very easy to make modifications in my reservation, No deposit needed!!
The car was delivered to me in my family house in Thessaloniki.

The guy that bring me the car make a video of it when he gave it to me with the existing damages.

The only reason I don't put a 5-star review is that when another guy came later, to return the car, the first thing he said to me was "have damage". He try calling few ladies in 4Rent office, as I understand and try to find previous damages but wasn't successful. Also the video that was made from the first 4Rent employee was nowhere to be found:(

But after all I also had my personal video that proved that the damages was there on pick-up.
So everything end up smoothly, I clean the car before giving it, with same amount of fuel that I received it.

That was my first experience with 4Rent.

What i would like to see next time, is a little bit more organized deliver/pickup of the car and a specific car make selection.

Because although I already knew I couldn't select a car make and model, the Kia i received was allot smaller than the Kona i was expecting, for same category.

Overall few details and you will be the absolute best!!

In all aspects, from pick up at the airport to delivery everyone was perfect
Clean, almost new car, and extremely reasonable charging on services, setting a new standard in car rental!

Just about the best car hire company we have ever used. Quality car, felt as though it was in good mechanical condition and reliable. Fantastic customer service, pick up and drop off procedure was second to none. I would absolutely recommend this company if you would like to experience trouble free car hire. All car hire companies should be like this.

Professional handling, friendly service staff, vehicle in clean, technically perfect condition, and a hassle-free return with a shuttle service to the airport. Highly recommended.

Wir haben im Juni 3 Wochen ein Auto geliehen. Es war alles super,allerdings dachten wir,da die Korrespondenz i. Vorfeld auf deutsch verlief,das vor Ort auch jemand sei, der deutsch spricht,und such der Mietvertrag auf drutsch sei. Das war leider nicht der Fall,was aber jetzt nicht negativ zu bewerten ist.
Alles hat super geklappt,Abholung am Flughafen, Übergabe am Ende des Urlaub komplikationslos und schnell.
Beim nächsten mal gerne wieder!
