Bought an item on 25th September. I was assured the item would ship on the 14th October. It's now 21st October but the item still hasn't been dispatched.
I need this item for a present for my nephew's birthday in November, so I have tried emailed 3 times now for an update, but no reply. Last email was sent on 17/10.
i tried ringing, but it's one of those premium numbers which you have to pay for and I don't have that kind of mobile account.
I'm getting very frustrated with the radio silence, so I'm leaving a negative review here in the hope someone will actually reply.
Update: They got in touch and I received my item within a few days. All good

Very quick delivery
Brought the same game from this site as zatu games they said 2/3 working days I waited 10 days and nothing so cancelled the order and used 365games and within 3 days order was with me so very happy will definitely by from this site again.

I can confirm we did state on the website before you purchase to allow up to 15 working days for the item to ship - it was due to be shipped on the 16th of October which we explained via email.
The lead time is stated in bold red writing at the very top of the listing.
I can see you requested a cancellation on the 10th of October and this was processed within 48 hours and your email replied too.

This company is an absolute disaster
This company is an absolute disaster.
I placed my order 365G10070 on the 5th of August 2024. Over 30 days later I still had not received it and to this day I have had no resolution.
For the record, I raised a dispute with the bank and received a refund so I am now whole but this is in NO PART due to this company’s actions.
Do not buy from this company, their service is shocking.

I've looked into this for you and can see that you purchased 2 items with us, both of which we stated in bold red writing on the listing to allow additional days for them to ship.
Your first item was shipped early and was delivered to you - I can see you emailed our customer service team a few times in which they responded each time within 48 hours to explain there was a delay on the second item.
We appreciate that this must have been frustrating having the delay and we are so sorry for this.
We received no cancellation request form you, just the chargeback which once received we cancelled the order and accepted this to process a refund - the delay in processing the refund is due to the chargeback.
If you do ever wish to cancel an item with us we just ask customers to email us and we will always cancel when asked providing it's not shipped :)
Once again we're truly sorry for the delay but we're pleased to see you're happy with the first item received.

Some of our items are held in an overflow warehouse and we do always state on the listing at the top in bold writing to allow the additional days it takes to be dispatched, so customers are always made aware beforehand.

I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the service you were given - where you have stated no response to emails is untrue, I can see we have 2 email chain with you with backward and forward responses, some within 24 hours.
I can see that we do state on the listing to allow up to 7 working days for dispatch, which you confirmed you could see also - this is due to the item being held in an overflow warehouse and why it wasn't shipped immediately.
I'm glad to see a chargeback wasn't raised and when you asked to cancel the order we responded within 24 hours confirming the cancellation had been processed including a full refund.

They have my money but haven't sent the game
Placed an order for Sea of Stars on 29/7/24 with stated 2-3 delivery and the money was taken 30/7/24. However, still hadn't received the game 4/8/24 so contacted and got a reply 4 days later saying it'd be shipped 19/8/24 and be with me 1 day later... Still haven't got the game

I am terribly sorry that there was delay on your order & the postage cost being refunded - this was totally our fault and we're truly sorry for the inconvenience.
We do state on the listing to allow additional working days for your order to be sent but unfortunately, due to a logistics issue the order was delayed. As you requested the order was cancelled and refunded but due to a system issue the postage didn't refund.
As soon as you made us aware of this we processed a refund on the postage cost, this was not intentional and I'm glad we resolved the refund quickly for you.

Do not waste your money not worth the hassle!

I've had a look at your order that was placed on the 10th of August, it was shipped 48 hours later on the 12th of August.
Unfortunately, looking at the shipping it seems the order got lost in the post.
When you made us aware that the order hadn't arrived we responded within 48 hours on 2 occasions explaining that it had got lost and if you wanted a replacement or refund.
We received a response that you wanted a full refund and this was immediately processed.
We appreciate it's frustrating when an order get's lost and we're really sorry for this but I'm pleased that the customer service team managed to resolve this once they were made aware of the situation.

Ordered sea of stars used 365 in the past communication was great then.
But how times have changed no emails back no dispatch notice no game website says 3-5 days nothing.
I would not use them after seeing all these reviews and experiencing the same thing.
Even paid more on delivery super saver 2-3days as it is a present if you dont have it or can not deliver items in time should not advertise as so.

We did clearly state on the listing to allow an additional 7 working days for your order to ship before you placed the order, this was why it hadn't shipped within 3-5 days, I can see this was explained to you via our email chain with yourself.
As you requested to have this cancelled, the order was cancelled and refunded within 48 hours of this request.

Terrible experience - no game - no response
Terrible experience so far - ordered a game 11 days ago - hasnt been despatched, no response to any emails - i feel like i have been robbed - will be contacting trading standards and my bank to issue a chargeback

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing, it was an impulse buy.
Anyway I order my item on 2nd August, today it is 12th August and I've had no email to say my item has been dispatched or anything.
Like others, I used both the contact form on their website, and emailed directly to ask for a status update in my order, and I've heard nothing back.
I've issued a chargeback from my bank, hopefully it is accepted and I'll not make the mistake of using obscure sites without reading recent reviews again.

Would not recommend
I ordered an Item August 2nd, I got a confirmation email and no correspondence after. I sent a number of emails using a link contained within the confirmation email asking for a status update on the 7th/8th of August.
I then used their website and the submit query option and still no response.
The company finally responded after 3 emails on August 13th and advised me that my order was due to be dispatched 3 weeks after I had paid suggesting that this was stated on my order, which it was not (there was absolutely no red writing in bold at the top of the page or anywhere on the page stating it could take up to 15 days to ship). I responded on the same day and advised them that the game is advertised as "we dispatch in 48 hours" and I had paid for 2 - 3 day delivery. I asked them to cancel the order. Again there was a 5 day delay to get a response and on August 18th they confirmed that it would be cancelled. A follow up email came on the 18th stating the item was cancelled and a refunded excluding shipping costs. I had to email again asking to refund the total price i paid. Finally on the 21st, almost 3 weeks after paying i received an email saying postage would be refunded. This was a painful lesson to learn for me, always read Trust Pilot reviews.
I can say i wont be using their site again.

I can confirm we do state that orders are shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise stated on the listing. On your listing it bold, red writing right at the top it stated to allow up to 15 working days for the order to ship which is why it didn't ship within 48 hours.
Once we received the cancellation email this was cancelled and refunded, again we're terribly sorry for the delay as we were extremely busy.
