New oven delivered within 48 hours to a tenanted property - the delivery was as scheduled and the call ahead to confirm the time was very useful. the only hitch was that the website still showed next day deliver was available but when i went through to buy I had to wait another day. It didn't matter but would have been good to be clearer.

I think it was an excellent experience I will recommend others to purchase goods from u on fridge I have got 3 years guaranty and freezer 2 years guaranty part of purchase price plus ur two hours delivery slot was very convenient to me also like the call of delivery person half an hour before the delivery and up dated me by e-mail and text .

I have bought several appliances from 365electrical.com via their website. The service is always excellent. Communication is good from order to delivery. For my recent freezer purchase I received an email and a text reminding me of the delivery date. Then an email and text with the 2 hr time slot. Finally a phone call when the driver was about 20 mins away. I arrived home just as they had pulled up outside - perfect timing. The guys brought the freezer into the kitchen and told me that if there was any problem with it, it would be replaced immediately, all I had to do was call. The particular freezer I bought was to fit a narrow space - which it did perfectly. Nobody else sells it! I am very pleased with the purchase and the service. Can highly recommend them!

I searched on line for a black glass splash back for my new range cooker. This one seamed to fit the need, so we ordered it.
There was a slight delay as the product was initially out of stock, but new was soon available.
The day before delivery I received an email to choose my delivery day. I chose the following day. That morning I had an email to say it would be delivered between 2 and 4 that afternoon. Just after 1 I had a phone call from the delivery van to say that they were ahead of schedule and would be with me at 1.35 if that was alright. They duels turned up at that time, very chatty and helpful and parcel was delivered.
We opened it to discover that it was black steel, but this really didn't matter as I wanted black. It will be perfect, once my new kitchen is finished.

I ordered my gas cooker and was given the opportunity to select a date for delivery, which was great.
The company liaised with me regularly by email and then on the day of delivery, the van driver rang me to confirm he was about half an hour away.
When he arrived, he was he was extremely helpful and courteous and I was very impressed.
All in all, the service was excellent and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I decided to replace my ageing Freezer on Friday and it was delivered first thing Monday morning. Email received beforehand giving a time slot and then a text message half an hour before delivery. No hassle and an absolute bargain.

Love our new fridge freezer and vacuum cleaner. There was a delay in delivery for the fridge freezer but was well worth the wait. Called a couple of times and never waited long on the phone and the staff were always helpful.
The delivery guys (Glenn and Curtis) were fantastic our door was too small for the American fridge freezer so they took the doors off to get it in for us and set it all up in the correct place. Also gave us plenty of notice in the morning before they arrived. Overall great company and will definitely be buying our next appliances from them too.

Delivery driver very helpful installed machine at cost as we had not requested it at time of ordering would advise if your not hands on.
Put machine thru it's 15min test to clear any water that might have been in from factory. Great service.

The ordering of the cooker was simple and efficient. The communication from the company is 1st class from the point of ordering to the final delivery. Steve Watret delivered the cooker in the allocated slot time and rang when he was 20 mins from my house to confirm. He is such a pleasant man and a credit to your company and the British workforce ! Dishwasher (that was out of stock elsewhere) was easy to purchase online and delivered within 24 hours. As promised we got a text the evening before delivery confirming a 2 hour delivery slot. The delivery driver was on time, polite & helpful. When the dishwasher arrived I only had to sign for delivery not for the condition it was in - they give you 48 hrs to let them know if there is a problem. Couldn't fault them. Would definitely recommend 365 electrical.

Haier 8kg washing machine is quiet and has a great 15 minute wash cycle for items that just need a freshen up. I would recommend this washing machine.
