Good communication up to point of delivery. The 2 man crew arrived when expected and they were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately this company were let down by their supplier. The Range Master Classic cooker hood I purchased for £335 was initially out of stock, but 365 Electrical informed me of the delay, which was fine. When the item was unpacked there was a very grotty length of wood inside it wrapped in paper. The wood and the paper were completely mouldy. I checked the item and there did not appear to be any dampness in the canopy and the inside of the box was dry. I sent an email and a photo to 365 Electrical almost 2 weeks ago to let them know, so that they could send feedback to their supplier but I did not receive an acknowledgement to my email and they have not yet replied. I have not been able to get the hood fitted yet and I hope that when I do the item works as it should.

Poor service
You employ one guy to deliver a washing machine to a first floor flat that I had to help him otherwise he wouldn't of bothered an extra thirty pounds to get rid of it even though I had paid for the old washing machine to be removed that didn't happen which was only ten pounds on you're website so old washing machine is still here plus new one why send one guy for a two man job lucky I was there to help

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you experienced issues with your delivery.
Having looked into this, you placed the order on our website and did not note this was to a first floor flat nor request a 2 man delivery so this is why a 1 man team was sent as requested by yourself.
Strictly speaking the driver should not have allowed you to assist him carry it up the stairs and this should have been delivered to the ground floor or brought back so the driver has given a better service than normal under the circumstances.

Excellent service and goods
Gary and Daniel delivered the two items within 20 minutes of their telephone call to say they were in the area. They removed the items into the garage for us with ease. They were friendly and pleasant. We have had several items from 365 Electrical and would comfortably use the company again.

Ordered a larger fridge and larder freezer from 365 Electrical. Finance was arranged very quickly. Kept fully informed of order progress; delivered on time by extremely helpful driver called Aaron who actually took our back door off to get the items into the kitchen. We paid extra to have the packaging removed and taken away...glad we did: there was a lot of it!!!
Excellent experience - no hesitation in recommending this first class operation.

After having originally ordered my hob splashback from Currys and received appalling customer service and no splashback - I turned to you guys. Brilliant - in stock delivered in two days with lots of contact - great thank you. Wish I'd gone to you first. Still waiting for word about refund from Currys after two weeks.
