Excellent customer service, delivered my oven exactly when they said they would. Price cheaper then other sites I visited.

We ordered a Rangemaster Cooker Hood on Friday afternoon and it arrived by Sunday lunchtime. Lots of emails telling us estimated delivery slots etc. Very helpful and polite delivery driver. Couldn't fault this service, fantastic! Will definitely buy from this company again.

Purchased washing machine, was delivered on correct day and within 30 minutes of text from delivery driver. Brilliant guy who delivered, was very helpful and very efficient. Have used this company before and would have no hesitation using them again.

Really attentive customer service. On the day of delivery I received a call from the shop and also from the delivery driver keeping me updated on the delivery of my fridge freezer. Very competitive prices too.

product great no problems , was surprized that the eye level grill wasn't fixed but can understand why it came like that, self assembly high level grill was very easy to fit so my fears were misplaced , up and running . The price for the Neff dishwasher was the lowest we could find. It came when they said it would and the 2 delivery men were very efficient, friendly and witty. The company followed up with emails to ensure we had all the material necessary to register the machine for it's 2-year warranty. Would buy from 365electrical again.

Bought a washing machine, delivery was quick, installation took 5 mins, all packaging taken away. The selection on the website was good, I made my decision quickly and ordering was quick and easy. I was given a delivery time within a 2 hour period, the delivery guy was friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I ordered a new Candy dishwasher CDIM6120PR after our Smeg unit had failed. We installed it over 10 years ago but only used it once or twice a year and it started machine loud banging noises and tripping the electrical supply. The Candy Unit is well priced and reasonably well built. I took a look at other makes before buying and the lower priced units were quite poor quality and the other makes in the same price range mostly did not have the delay timer.
365Electrical were very efficient and they used Marks Electrical as the supplier. The unit was delivered in a couple of days within an agreed 2 hour time slot by a very pleasant gent called Andy. We sent our old machine back with him for a small fee. I can't fault the service and there is the option to extend the warranty to three years with Candy for £69. Overall a much better deal than say the John Lewis own brand machine, better quality than the low end Beko units and similar to equivalent Smeg units but with the delay timer. The unit is also very quiet which is great if you plan to run it at night. The blurb on the web said 44dBA which I was a bit sceptical about but it is quieter than the old Smeg.

I have bought several items with 365 over the years, and have always been totally impressed by the selection of items, the price and the speed and efficient delivery service.

Picked it, booked it ...it came!

Ordered a new cooker on Friday delivered Sunday in allocated time slot. Good communication, helpful delivery man. Very pleasant and polite. Goods in perfect order. Will definitely use this company again.

Ordered a freezer on line . It was ment to have dirty packaging so was reduced. When freezer arrived and was unwrapped it has entire front corner caved in and electrics hanging out . Rang customer service and asked if the driver who had just left could return to collect as we didn't want the goods. Told no but some one will ring you back , no call came . We then rang on Monday "yes some one will ring you back " no phone call came . We rang Tuesday " well ring you back this afternoon " guess what no call came . At 3 pm I tang and asked for a manager as I was getting frustrated and was told "Lara " would call me back. Guess what no call came .

How hard can it be , the goods are damaged and not as discribed and not fit for purpose . They have seen pictures.
I just want them collected so I can go shop elsewhere . They work on a 24hour delivery so runs are worked out in a daily basis . Why hasn't this been collected and why is no one ringing me back .

Information on 365 Electricals, who is part of the Marks Electricals Group (ar per their webb site information);
Next Day Delivery - I placed an order first thing in the morning but next day delivery was not available.
Call 30 mins before arrival - didn't happen.
Recycling - Read the very small print!! The item has to be outside, I didn't see this. All other companies I have dealt with have brought the new item in on a trolley and taken the old one out on the same trolley.
Although the fridge/freezer to be recycled was identical to the new one, I live in a ground floor flat and am 71 years old the driver refused to take the old one out.
Excuse made by driver -
" They are insured to bring an item in, but not take it out" but they can if you order a 2 man crew, at extra cost!!
The female I spoke to in their customer service, was equally unhelpful, and when I asked to speak to a Manager, suddenly she was the manager!!!
Would never use again.
