Fair price for the product,delivered when stated which was a sunday. I do not know how this serviced can be improved.

Good in parts means not good in others. The website worked well. Found what I wanted easily at a price I would pay.
On checking out I found 365 has an issue with delivering to addresses different to credit card address. Only a minor problem, a telephone call was all it took to sort out the delivery.
Whilst on the phone I arranged to have delivery after 6pm two days away. The guy on the phone said that I would receive a text the afternoon before giving me a 2 hour time slot. Brilliant!
So next EVENING after office closing time I got the text telling me my slot was between 7 and 9 am!!!!!!!!
HOW IS THAT AFTER 6pm?????
It was too late to phone and change anything so I had to get up before 6am to drive to the property and wait for the delivery.
The delivery was good. He phoned to say he was 15 mins away, delivered the freezer to the correct room and took away the old machine.
No problems.

The fitter damaged our back door whilst delivering and installing the machine. He failed to mention this to us and just left. We didn't notice the damage until he'd left.

Unbelievable customer service. Kept me informed all throughout the delivery process. Sunday delivery which was a Godsend to me. Prices unbeatable. This is a perfect example of how a company should do business. Well done.

Everything was as it should.....ordered, paid, delivered!

They emailed the day before to give us 2 hour delivery and then rang 20 minutes before they arrived within given time frame.

Delivery guy was very pleasant.
Freezer was described.

Good deals to be had. Local to my area, whatmore do you need? Delivery times were spot on. Recommended.

Really happy with the service from 365 electrical ,would recommend to others. Love the machine although some of the wash programs take rather a long time.

Great service i was kept informed about my delivery all the way through..it was delivered on time as was exactly as described and the lads qho delivered it were very polite and very helpful..

I have purchased a Tumble Dryer and a Microwave Oven from 365 Electrical, delivery is normally fast and within a 2 hour time slot.

I would happily buy from them again.

Good selection of goods on website. The hotpoint freezer we ordered was a good price. Delivery was quick and hassle free, friendly helpful drivers. No complaints - however my only slight issue is that we were clearly having this delivered to a business address and they insisted on putting us in the 7am to 9am slot. Most businesses don't open until 9am so I had to open up 2 hours early. So I think they should bear this in my in future. However no hesitation thus far in recommending them to anyone.

Good price for freezer, delivery could not be bettered. Absolutely no problems. Highly recommended

Good price ,but on advert it says in stock 8-14 days ordered 9/6/15 in stock 6/7/15 , should be more realistic about in stock dates ,other than that good service

Seriously great service and the product is excellent. I haven't dealt with a company this simply and efficiently before. Ordered a fridge-freezer, was offered Saturday delivery (I ordered Thurs - wow) in a 2-hour timeslot. The delivery driver brought it down some steps to my door, took my old fridge away, took all the wrapping away, helped me get it in the house then refused a tip.

The fridge itself is fantastic, all programmable with temperature zones, really quiet and efficient. Would definitely recommend this company.

Cannot fault this company. Website was very easy to view & use. Person on the phone was very polite & helpful. So easy to order online & next day FREE delivery is brilliant. After spending a stressful day with my elderly mother walking round stores to no avail looking for a fridge and freezer. I decided to look online, 365 came up on the search it was the simplest order ever, with easy online ordering. Also from the second you press "pay" they continually stayed in touch with updates and delivery details. Also on the day of delivery you are given a 2 hour time slot perfect. The drivers were courteous and the delivery truck was slick and span. Enough said I would definitely recommend this company for service. Brilliant

Claimed next day delivery on their website, but ordered Thursday night and received Sunday. I should point out that this was confirmed during the order process so i was now expecting Sunday.
Arrived very early Sunday (they called 30 minutes before arrival time) unfortunately this was 7.00ish in the morning.
The delivery was good and driver helpful, but explained to me that i ought to have had the old machine outside for him to remove. He moved it anyway, but what if i had been 84 instead of 54?
Having said all this, i would buy again from 365, they were better value for money than anyone else i checked out and generally a good experience.

Found the high street unable to deliver a fridge within 4 weeks, so tried 365 - 2 days later I have the exact product I wanted delivered on time at a great price.
