I had two of my iPhone screens fixed here and was met with exemplary and prompt service, wonderful staff and amazing pricing considering it also comes with a warranty.

On 16 Oct 24 new the screen was showing a purple line, indicating a screen failure.
I took the phone back to 30 Minutes Fix and was told the screen is not covered by the 12 month warranty.
30 Minutes fix has proven to be unreliable at best and will not honour ACCC consumer regulations. I.e

3. saying they aren’t responsible for problems with a
product or service.
4. It is against the law for businesses to mislead consumers about their rights in these ways.

These guys are amazing. I bought a phone off facebook and it was supposed to be a reconditioned phone. It stopped working 3 weeks later. They said they couldn't fix it and I was stuck with a $400 peice of metal. I tried everybody (including Samsung) no one could fix it as I was told it was an international phone. One last chance, more than a year later I decided to try 30 min fix and now I have a new phone. It took 3 days to organize parts but at least I didn't have to throw it away 😁

Exceptional customer service, very reasonable price to have ipad screen replaced, was fixed in no time. Thank you so much, my son will be so happy his ipad screen is fixed.
