An engineer came within a couple of days to have a look at our system, diagnosed the problem, and arranged a new combi boiler for the following week. The two fitters that came were clean, efficient, friendly and did a great job. Very pleased, thanks a lot. Prithvi in Harborne.

Booked these guys after a friend’s recommendation as I was in trouble with a backed up waste pipe. The lads arrived when they said they would and got on with unblocking my mains drain after quickly identifying the problem location. First time we used the company. Fast, efficient service. Engineer - Dan (Covid safe PPE) was very helpful in explaining the process of removing old boiler & installing new one. He also removed an old gas fire, sealing & making safe pipe work. Would definitely recommend the company.

This was the first time we used the Company and had excellent service. The problem with the hot water system turned out to be difficult to find but Rob persevered and succeeded brilliantly.

I had the nightmare of a leaking boiler on a Friday night.
Saturday morning I rang 2nd City and an engineer came out promptly and replaced the filling loop.
No mess, no fuss, courteous and efficient service. They respect social distancing guidelines if you’re worried about Coronavirus.
The quote for the job was almost three times cheaper than home serve.
