Happy with my journey today with my puppy, am without a car this week and she wasn’t well so had to get to the vet. when I called to ask if they allow dogs in cars I was delighted to hear they do. Our driver was super friendly and kind. Will use again for sure.

I use this company several times a week and I’m more than happy with the service on the booking line the staff are helpful and friendly the drivers are very helpful and polite I highly recommend this firm

Driver was with me in 2 minutes, and nice, friendly polite service. Short journey, wait and back, and no problems for driver, easy and paid by card.

Travelled today to get my Pre Op Covid Swab done. My taxi driver was on time the car was clean with a protective shield in the car. He was courteous, chatty and very professional and put me at my ease completely I would definetly recommend.

I booked a cab for a round trip to pick up my baby from the nursery and have to sau- it was the most pleasant ride I've had and driver was so professional! Well done 24/7 ...I'm your biggest fan x

My wife gets a taxi every week with these to the station and home again, they are always polite and on time, can't fault them or there drivers, they are a great company, and always a text to say taxi arriving, thank you 247

Taxi was on time, clean and driver was ok. Compared to the other companies they are the only ones that seem to take transport serious. Don’t bother with anyone else, ignore the few keyboard warrior, blown out of proportion reviews because elsewhere will most probably be a total let down.

Can’t fault them. Need a taxi, get a taxi.

Unbelievable experience! Booked a taxi for 11.59pm and after 7 phone calls and being fobbed off of different times we were then told our taxi driver had declined! We were left at the side of a road shocking! We booked the taxi at 9pm so plenty of time to arrange a driver! Will never use again!!

Used the app to book a taxi going to and back from our First Ladies outing. Going out was fine. Taxi booked for 9.30 back. Received a text to say taxi had been dispatched. I called to check 20 mins later to see where taxi was to be told it was at least 40 mins way. And they would cancel my taxi. Not acceptable when taxis to and from had been booked for well over a week. Will not use service again. No reliability for ladies on their own. Awful

I booked a prepaid taxi hours before with them as i do everyday and they didnt send it and on 3rd time of calling the operator told me i should of called to check when they text me 10 times a day telling me to use the app

I have used this company for near 2 years. The amount of money I’ve given to them is a very substantial amount.

Over the past 6 months I have noticed a huge decline in the quality of service, as well as the useless app they have, the drivers are careless, they have gone from a local business to a money orientated corporation.

For example, tonight I ordered a taxi around 1am for 45 minutes in advance, the app tells you that you can book for that time without any problems. So we leave our booking, on time, as they always expect, to only call the office and be told it was another 30 minute wait ontop of that.

I work in hospitality so by no means do I go out of my way to make someone’s job harder. I called the office and politely said to the person on the other end that their app was completely useless in letting customers know waiting times.

30 minutes later the taxi turned up, total of 75 minute waiting time. I booked that taxi for 4 people (on the app), when the driver turned up he refused travel for 2 of my female friends even though I had ordered a taxi specifically for that use.

We had to leave our two friends to walk a long way home due to the taxi driver refusing, being rude, and not calling anyone to assist. I then highlighted to the driver, very politely that the app was completely insufficient to providing a good service to their loyal customers - I actually said to him that it must be very hard for him as a driver to have to deal with these complaints, to which he replied “not really, i just drive and get the money”.

To be honest, it’s absolutely shocking that the predominant taxi service in this town has no regard for local people, young women, and their safety. Even still, if you simply cannot provide these services, please state so on your absolutely useless app.

You are abusing local people, and their willingness to use your services. Actually I’d recommend ANY other taxi service apart from them and I have used them now for about 2 years. Absolutely disgusting. SORT. IT. OUT.
