Great customer service, bad oven
Update: 1 Sale shipped me a replacement oven very quickly, without even requiring me to return the old one. However, the second one had the same flaw, the fan wasn't mounted. I feel like they got ripped off by the refurb company, and yet, they still issued a full refund again without requiring a return. Customer service would be 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (6 stars) but the oven itself knocked it down to 4 stars. I will shop with them again.
I'm going to have to return the oven, because the part on the inside top that has the fan is loose and the fan won't turn.
