The delay occurred because ProstateMD was temporarily out of stock, which impacted your shipment. We should have done more to ensure the timing and communication felt clear and reassuring throughout the process. While we did reach out on December 24 to explain the delay and confirm it would ship as soon as possible after the holiday, we understand that the overall experience still fell short of what you deserve.
