Bought 2 tickets for Chelsea v united…
Bought 2 tickets for Chelsea v united arrived at the game to find out one ticket worked and one didn’t work, after trying multiple times and being with ticket office staff and security still wasn’t working they advised me that it was fake they contacted me by phone saying they could upgrade my seat but I wouldn’t be sitting next to my mate in the seats I paid 700£ for, thankfully in the end the security came through for us but I highly recommend Do not do it, look elsewhere ,tickets don’t scan go official save the hassle and the stress

J'ai payer 173 euros en septembre 2025 pour recevoir deux places a 32 euros mal placé 1 semaine avant le match
Je demande un remboursement, je ne vais pas faire 600 km pour ce que je n'ai pas commandé et louer un hôtel c'est une honte!! Site a fuir !!!! ils refusent de me rembourser alors que l'arnaque est belle et bien avérée. Le mail de confirmation dit match le 12 avril 26 a 15h et les places reçues le 10 avril 26. Ce sont des voleurs. J'avais poser û week-end au travail du coup impossible de finir le vendredi a 19h ds le sud ouest et partir a Marseille en suivant. Je suis écœurée

I just called (800) 513-7540 which is this Buisness to see if there was available seats to a sold out show displaying online. The prices were $37 for Arnez J and the gentleman told me there were seats available to the 945 show for $100 then said $75. I told him that wasn’t the price online and he told them buy them online and hung up in my face. Sooooo rude. They don’t need my money

Au final , j'ai reçu 2 places pour 120€ très mal situées et ce, après m'être plaint que la tribune des premiers billets reçus ne correspondait pas à la réservation initiale !!
Vous avez du intervenir et ai sûrement eu les 2 places restantes en angles .
Bref je suis très déçu car même si le match était top , j'ai l'impression d'avoir été abusé par un prix ne correspondant pas à la prestataire attendue.
Un geste commercial de votre part serait le bienvenu !
