1-800-GOT-JUNK? Recenzje

Scheduling was straightforward and staff appreciated my canine companion’s sense of humor and bed training/sharing challenges during scheduling and removal.

Thank you to Bryce and Kai! They were both very pleasant, professional, and efficient. They arrived during scheduled time slot and called ahead with approximate time of arrival. Details about price were provided. I was pleased with entire transaction.

This was a very fast and easy procedure. I selected a pick-up time on the web out of multiple options. The team was right on time. They cleared the junk with a minimum of fuss and left things just right.
The pricing can get a little confusing - make sure you understand all of the components.
The staff was great.

The young men did great .

Price is outrageous. I was shocked how much higher it was from previously.

I had to use 1800GOTJUNK twice in one week for end of life preparations of my parents 3-story house filled 30 years of all kinds of stuff. These guys are great—clear communicators with quotes and process, kind, and reliable. I highly recommend them for the convenience and ease of removing things from drawers, garages, outside, walls, over weight bulky items, etc. I like that they will sort, recycle, donate, and trash appropriately. Thank you!!!!!!

It was very easy to use this service. Everyone was polite and professional. Thanks again!

The two gentlemen, Cameron and Elijah, were outstanding. They were communicative, courteous and efficient. This was a very challenging job and they handled it with professionalism and kindness. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing these services.

The guys were great. I was able to get the price I wanted. Thank you very much.

The men were professional, polite, and really fast.

Yousef and Sean were so polite and professional and very friendly, too. During the clean-out, they met with me at intervals to update me on how full the truck was, and I gladly agreed to the price! For the amount of junk they removed, it was well worth the price!!! I’ve got my house back, and I’m so happy!!!!

I just wanted to give them a super awesome rating 10+++ Maybe they should get a pay raise???

Thank you, Yousef. Thank you, Sean. I will request you if we ever need your help again! And we will definitely tell everyone we know how great 1-800-GOT-JUNK is!!!!!

Thank you so much, Khalil & DJ. Not only were these two gentlemen friendly and efficient, but they were also entertaining as well!
I will request them again next time.

Fast and friendly service. Would definitely use again.

The two guys who took our stuff were friendly, helpful and professional. 👍

The company and employees were excellent at keeping in contact regarding pick up times, address verification, etc. Two pickups were required over a two day period as there was a lot to remove from both an apartment and a garage (which was hard to access). Both days, with two different teams was very much appreciated! The boys were accommodating, polite and worked SO hard! I found the price a bit excessive, but the job just needed to be done! I would highly recommend this company! Thanks boys! You were all superstars ⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶

Denzel Washington and Elijah Gonzalez were fantastic! So friendly, professional and helpful. My family is so appreciative of their help moving items from the third floor!

They were so great and so fast. Seriously the easiest thing ever. Very professional and good service. Alize and Ben were absolutely fantastic and took care of exactly what I needed.

My team was polite, friendly, and efficient.

Updates on ETA, on-time and very helpful. Great customer experience and professionalism!

They were proffessional and did a great job. Pricing was another issue. For 2 items they were way overpriced. I have other things to move, but I will NOT be using
