Order was Duplicated

I was notified that my artwork was non-compliant (it wasn't). Fixing this issue on my end was incredibly difficult and confusing, and resulted in the same order being duplicated. I really only needed 100 cards, but the minimum is 250, and now I have 500 ! Yay !!!

Once and done right

Order was for return labels.
The original picture I sent was considered poor quality, so I sent various formats. The best format was chosen, and the font color for the name and address provided (separate from pic) was altered to match the pictures lettering. The turnaround time was exceptional.
Professionals aim for 'once and done right,' I applaud your staff for meeting this objective.

Duplicated Order

I made a mistake when ordering. Somehow I purchased the same thing twice. I wish that customer service could've brought it to my attention. Why would I buy the same thing, apparently at the same time, two times, shipping to the same address? If I needed two, I would've chosen a quantity of two and paid shipping only once. Again. This is my mistake and I've paid for it, but I'm sure someone noticed the bizarre request and should've brought it to my attention. Even if it was after two were produced, it should've been caught in shipping. I would've appreciated the opportunity, even though I only needed one, to pay for the two pieces, but had them shipped together, saving me twice the shipping costs.
