Best car buying experience ever…
Service Manager was really helpful while all sales staff were busy. Had lots of knowledge about the car we wanted to look at and arranged a test drive on the spot for us. Handed over after to sales to complete paperwork and everything was quickly agreed and completed. No hard sell and easy delivery and exchange of cars.

I Needed to get my Daughter a car urgently after her private purchase turned out to be an absolute wreck and almost a total loss.
Quick visit to Premier and I now have total piece of mind in the knowledge she's now driving a top condition used Hyundai i10 , Thanks to Tony the sale was easy and seamless .
I can't stress enough the importance of your loved ones safety , this is the second i10 I've purchased here the first one was for my Mother who no longer drives but that car is still in the family and going strong.

Been getting cars serviced and MOTd here for many years and always good but had an engine warning light come on and they wont look at it for three weeks. Needless to say not the service I was looking for when clearly needs to be looked at sooner than that
Thanks for the reply Charlotte. I feel you should be able to find a short slot for a diagnosis of a potentially time critical issue in such circumstances. I appreciate it’s not easy to manage demand and supply flexibly though. I have managed to get a quick diagnosis and resolution at another local garage today thank you

Having reviewed your phone call in to us from this morning with reference to the engine light on your Volkswagen, I cannot hear anything untoward. We are a very busy dealership and have been serving many happy customers for many, many years. This naturally builds up to a lead time for service work and we have offered you our earliest appointment. Whilst I understand this is not satisfactory to you I'm not sure it warrants a one star review.
