123FormBuilder  Recenzje

I have been using 123 forms for a while and recently upgraded my account. I'm a small business, meaning IT support, marketing and sales are all me! With minimal IT tech know how, this product and indeed the customer support team have made it possible to provide the best possible service to my clients.
Great support, customer care and a great product.

123 are always evolving the products and asking users for their input and opinion.

Greate Support and easy to use.. :)

I came across 123FormBuilder through a quick google search. I wasn't expecting to find just what I needed with such thorough support from a chat agent, but that is exactly what I received. The agent, Karla, was so patient and supportive in answering all of my questions and walking me (a tech novice) through each step to program my form to have it function exactly as I needed. I will definitely use them in the future - highly recommend!

Always great support!

To be honest we have come across a couple of issues when building forms. However, their customer service is great and is always happy to help and are very quick to solve issues! Highly recommended

I think the customer service you provide is the best I have ever experienced. I would recommend that people use 123 Form Builder even if you don't need forms, just for the amazing customer service!

123FormBuilder is the best choice for everyone everywhere, individual to large company. The support network and professional techs are topnotch with skills and expertise to help you get it done, the way you need it.

Special Thanks to Bogdan for his superior assistance in helping me. He took more than an hour of his time with detailed instructions to help me with my forms.

Thank you guys, your the best!

Wonderful service! This is an easy to use app with on the spot tech support! LOVE it and very reasonably priced!

So far, the Chat Help was excellent. I am very satisfied.

I am hoping for further developement of the functions.

Thanks to Alexandra. I could never have hoped for a quick, friendly and efficient help. I am really impressed.

Just got off chat with Alexandra -- i can say that she was the most patient and well informed chat person I have ever dealt with. Most chats end with frustration for me but she got me through a very tricky issue. Great job!

This web form software is awesome. Easy and powerful. Every time I wonder if a feature is available, it is. The customer service is awesome too. Take it from me, this is the right solution for all your web form needs. The Smart Sheet integration is also very cool

Have been their client since 2016, and their customer service has always been fantastic! Today, with Bogdan, was no different. Patient, kind, professional. Highly recommended platform.

My experience with Georgiana with 123formbuilders was wonderful. She was very thorough in taking her time to answer all of my many questions as well as share with me links to guide me through my inquiries step by step. When I say the process was so helpful and pleasant, this may sound corny but I don’t think Ive ever been more excited to create a form for my business. They have packages that can be tailored to your business needs at any level and type. I will definitely be using 123formbuilder. Thank you again for exceptional service!

Karla, 123Formbuilder representative was extremely patient and very helpful while I was learning to navigate through their website. Moreover, she even caught something on our form that could have been a security snafu to say the least! Who would have thought forms could be so stressful? I have returned to a Zen state. My only critique/observation, in our world today being such that it is, perhaps all data (considered sensitive or not) should already be encrypted. But this is the way of new things before they become the norm (like seatbelts and airbags).

The tool takes some time to learn, but it is good.

They now have an online support option that provides a live chat that is extremely helpful. Frankly, it is essential to have the help in learning the tool. Alexandra was super helpful. She worked with me for over an hour to make sure everything worked on two separate forms. She did a fantastic job!

Great experience, very prompt assistance and support provided when required.

123 Form Builder's support team is great! I spoke with Alexandra regarding my problem, and she not only immediately understood what I was talking about, but took no time at all to come up with an easy to understand solution and a demo video that I could follow in my own time to achieve the results I was after. Thank you, Alexandra!

Awesome company. Very friendly consultants. The company takes care of its customer. I recommend everyone to conduct polls and polls for their business through these guys.

Great app, and very good and fast customer service!
