Gave my order 24.9 and it has still not been delivered as seems to collect the order all over the world :) First information was that it's leaving end last week, then a towel should come in on wednesday this week and now no idea when it's coming. Delivery time to Finland should be 5-7 working days. Now 7 working days are gone and it has not even been dispatched.

I ordered my footjoys at the weekend and received them Wednesday lunch time.
Great service communication and price.

Item ordered Saturday arrived Wednesday. Although it was not an expensive item if arrived safely, I'm good conditioned packaging, ANC was competitively priced. Used 118golf in the past and would use again

Only a small order but delivered quickly. My small gripe was the cost of postage £2.99 for two pkts tees seems a lot since they could go in an envelope

I ordered 2 new woods online from 118golf. Had immediate feedback by email as to the progress of my order. They were delivered by UPS who had an online site whereby I could say what date I wanted them to deliver. The woods were exactly what I wanted and on delivery were packaged really well. So I would safely recommend 118 golf to anyone.

118 golf succeeded in making 2 mistakes in an order of 4 different items.
1. right handed gloves where delivered while they should have been left handed.
2. One waterbotlle was delivered while three were ordered.

On the dispatchnote the right items were mentioned. So probably nobody is checking before shipping.

I ordered the golf bag as it was cheaper than Direct Golf and in stock. Delivery was easy and even though I had to go out and missed the delivery a short trip to the local UBS drop off point solved that.I'm really pleased with the bag and the service.

Ordered Callaway Balls @ the cheapest price I could find, a further discount was available. Nice fast delivery. Many Thanks.

I know we have only used 118 a couple of times, but both experiences have resulted in excellent customer service. This time we had problems ordering off our own computer and 118 helped resolve the issue. Also, although in no way guaranteed, both orders have resulted in the products being delivered the very next day, even when I ordered at 12 noon. Can't praise this company enough.

Ordered a cart bag on Wed lunch & had it by Thurs afternoon, so very impressed with the speed of the delivery from 118golf & the Titleist Stadry cart bag is great too.
