Do not buy from this company 10 motives !!

They send orders out via a cheap courier and when they don’t turn up they refuse to refund you unless you send them pictures of your passport!!!!

I have been ordering e-cigarette fluids from them for over 2 years every single month but it seems over the last 6 months the company has changed and the customer service has become really bad . I make a large order of £87 and it didn’t arrive I have the tracking details showing it never arrived ( EVRI )

I called to ask for a refund but they are refusing to refund me unless I send photos of my passport!! The customer services are not Uk based so I feel very uncomfortable sending that sort of information to them.

My advice is use a different website do not give these people your money but if you choose to buy with 10 motives make sure you pay via PayPal or credit card so you can claim it back !

I have been buying these for years and the quality has definitely dropped. Refills used to last days and now do not and the price has gone up. I will be looking to use another product.

Been using 10 motives re-chargeable e-cigs with menthol cartridges for several years, cant believe how bad theyve gone in the last 12 months - cartridges run out faster, some are faulty & now the batteries marked UK CA CE only recharge for a couple of months (if you're lucky). The batteries used to last for at least a year - my smoking habits havent changed so its definately the products that have deteriorated. Wont be buying again.

This company don't deserve any stars
I've been waiting since 16th September for replacement of 2 motive disposable after i returned 2 faulty ones with receipts, called several times and was told the is a delay and they will post in 2 days to know avail. Absolutely disgusted of being ripped off so will.know longer be a customer. Mr Paul Mata

Have been a customer for years and can echo the comments of how this company have completely gone to pot! I am now down to one battery that has only been charged three times and is already weakening and following the route of the 10, now useless ones, I was sent a couple of months ago as replacements for the previous failed shoddy product. I sent their CS an email recently and of course no reply and to be honest I have given up on the company. It borders on fraud the level of failure of the batteries and many refills also failing and not working and being waisted. So no more waisting time on them.

Batteries don’t last, got a regular pack more like menthol. Won’t use again, useless

I contacted the company regarding a faulty battery and cartridges, emailed over the receipts, was told I would be contacted regarding return address information, that was the beginning of September, I am still waiting for the return details.
Communication and customer service is disgusting!!!

It is now over 4 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it. I have requested a refund but I am being ignored. I have been a regular customer but will go elsewhere in future.

This company was once excellent both in product and service, i have been a customer since 2013 and i have seen a decline since around 2016 to the point now where you get no response from customer service and deliveries take anywhere from a day to two weeks. Its so disappointing this company has disintegrated when they were so good.

There used to be 5 in a pack - now four, with no price reduction.
The filters are now useless ... I'm now using 4 a day instead of what used to be two.
I think the company is taking the mickey out of its customers.
I'll try elsewhere now.

I like the product itself and used to be a regular customer. The quality of service has recently fallen below any standards. They work either with Royal Mail (notoriously unreliable) or with Evri (they are OK). It's impossible to get which of them will deliver. An advisor on the phone was plainly rude and provided untrue information. Considering that they are ramping prices each week, I'm going to look for an alternative.

Have been using these for years and they used to be great, but over time the quality has declined and the refills hardly last anytime now. Not to mention the price of a pack and you used to get 5 now it’s only 4. I’m changing to something else now.

To help anyone who’s refills don’t screw on and to prevent you from throwing them away and wasting your money ****

Use a small piece of aluminium foil around the thread of the refill so that it catches the thread inside the battery be sure not to cover the hole. I can now attach the refill without it pinging off and it actually works!

In terms of flavour it’s the best menthol ecig I’ve tried and used them for years but the quality in the last 12-18months has reduced considerably. From burnt tasting new refills to ones that didn’t screw on at all I’m just glad to have found the is hack before throwing tons of refill packs away.

Absolute rubbish most packs do not fit on charger and spring off do not last long if they do work

The cartridges don’t last as long as they used to. Not only have the prices increased, you now only get four in a packet instead of five. I used to think these were the best electric ciggies available. Not any more. I have placed my last order with these!!

So today the battery got so hot I had drop it. Its not good enough we never get any feedback from this company they quick enough to take our money but they don't care about there customers.

Use this company to buy my vape and have never let me down, always delivered on time.

Where do I start . Firstly you used to get 5 refills , now you get 4 , prices have gone up , and the quality is now non existent . Do the best thing for your money and ditch them and get a vape pen , you will save hundreds . As well as all of that , the customer service is a shocker , they do not return emails or address any of their many problems. This is what happens when a small company sells out to a corporate operation. Don’t give them your well earned money

Used to buy disposables from this brand but so many didn’t work that it was a literal waste of money. Decided to order a rechargeable from them direct online and worst delivery and customer service experience in a very long time. Parcel got lost, asked for a refund, told I couldn’t get one, then when I pushed they said I could. Told to wait 15 working days. Nothing arrived and then 7 weeks after original order placed goods turned up at my door. Asked them to return (at their cost) and for refund as promised and told they don’t do returns ??? Absolutely appalling, do not recommend and won’t use again as a brand!!

Used this product for years and noticed the quality and reliability decline. Would always buy my refills from either co-op or tesco I noticed about a month or so ago that the refills were not always fitting in the ecig, occasionally would have 1 or 2 but in the last few weeks it's become so common that I'm lucky if even 1 fits the ecig and have even bought packs with none that fit, they still work but you need to hold the refill in place and they literally spring out. A bad batch I can understand, but can only see it now as what it probably is, intentional design and a scam
