Superb assistance in returning faulty items. Love 10 Motives although the quality of the refills were very poor from 2020/22. I would buy more refills but no batteries! Please ask the Directors to start producing some! What bad management and what a lack of marketing acumen! And ‘compatible’ batteries may be technically compatible but they not compatible with the original either in power or design. V2 could show BAT how to run a company and keep its fan base!

Have been using Ten Motives for years. Helped me give up smoking etc. Placed an order for more refills which have arrived. When I finally managed to speak to a member of the sales team today with the hope of ordering replacement batteries I was told that they are no longer in production. Which BEGS the question.... Why are they still selling off the refills, with no batteries to charge them with. ??????

I thought it was me. It obviously isn't. I have been using them for years. What alternative?

Spoke to Alessio regarding a glitch with my subscription. He said he would sort it and send me a confirmation…..and he did both. In fact I can’t fault the service team at all. Been using 10 Motives for 11 years now and the product is fine 95% of the time. Occasionally you end up with tobacco flavour contaminated with menthol, the odd dud and underfilled cartridge but because of the cost saving I’m happy to take it on the chin. Batteries are so hard to get hold of but found an alternative company with compatible batteries so problem solved. Refills delivered to my door in one working day so overall I’m a happy customer

Despite repeated complaints both directly to them and also to their resellers about a batch of regular refills 20mg having a menthol sickening taste, after pleading with them to stop selling that batch and test it, they had the audacity to put them on a big sale and kept selling them to get rid of stock. Okvape has compatible refills that have great taste and after 10 years I finally said goodbye to 10motives.

I've been using 10motives menthol refills for years and they were great, not any more. For months now the cartridges seem to be underfilled to the point where I used to use 1 a day I now use 3 or 4. I persevered for a long time and would occasionally pick up a normal pack but they are now consistently underfilled and start to taste dry and burnt almost instantly. Add to that the ones that don't work at all, the ones that are too small and can't be screwed in, the ones that are buckled and can't be screwed in, the batteries that don't last and are almost impossible to replace, and it has all just become too expensive and frustrating. 10motives clearly know this is happening and have done nothing to correct the matter in the past months so I'm afraid it's goodbye 10motives from me. 👋🏻

I've used these for for a few years and I will continue to use them there customer services are great aswell if you have an issue I definitely recommend them

Order never arrived , this was over a year ago since I ordered a e-cig believe it or not I asked for a refund which I was told I was on the waiting list for one. Paypal just gave me one instead thank for I used my Paypal to pay. Buy one from stores only strange company

If I could give no stars I would . I have been waiting for more than a month on a refund for three faulty E cigs. I ordered 10 and 3 didn't work ( always faulty ones ). Usually that's not been a problem and replacements have been sent in the past . I won't go into details ( it's too boring ) but I will never buy anything from this company again . The customer service is non existent. Lots of silly excuses eg a stock take was the latest . My advice to anyone is do not give this company your money . Plenty other places we can buy these products. Last thing I doubt I will ever see a refund.

I called a couple of weeks ago to re-order VIP liquid but was told by Liza that they were discontinued. Liza suggested that she send me a different brand to try, free of charge. This arrived, I liked it and have now ordered 10 more. Good customer care in my book.

Decent product and quick delivery. Slight issue with last order and was sorted with good communication from customer service team.

I’ve been using 10 Motives for years, buying both regular and, for my wife, menthol, and I’ve been more than happy with the product.
However, since September 2023 the taste of the regular has changed, sometimes it tastes like menthol and other times it tastes of strawberry and at times tastes burnt, and every batch of regular I’ve bought since September 2023 has been the same.
I did complain in September and it took 3 weeks to get a response. The response was to send them back, too late I’d suffered through and used the majority of them.
3 weeks waiting for a response to my complaint is unacceptable, and so is sending them back without the offer of immediate replacements.
Now there is an issue with the batteries ….. there aren’t any. I’ve enquired when they’ll be available to order, their response was they received new stock every Thursday….. obviously not a stock of batteries as they’ve not been available to order for months.
Luckily I’ve found compatible batteries from a different supplier.
10 motives, you need to get your act together before you lose your customers.

Ordered and paid for refill cartridges on 11 December, including free 24 Hour Tracked delivery. I haven't received the order, a tracking number, nor any communication apart from the order confirmation immediately after placing it. Sent their Customer Service dept two queries so far with no response, despite their statement that they will respond within 48 hours. Have I been ripped off? I know it's been less than a week, but it clearly hasn't even been dispatched yet as the order still reads "processing". Never had this problem with Electric Tobacconist site, but they no longer supply the refills I need.

I messaged to say your product is not what it seems and have bought 10 packs from various outlets to send to trading standards for testing and you have blocked me? Why?

What has happened to 10Motives batteries? Can't get them on-line or in shops. Customer service just keep repeating their 'script' - out of stock, don't know when new stock will arrive. But they've been out of stock for MONTHS now! I'm guessing they're going to discontinue the range, but couldn't they just announce that on their site, for chrissakes?! So far I've been unable to find batteries compatible with 10Motives refills. Shame. Good product gone bad.

Have to give one star as unable to give zero. Ten Motives you are not listening to your customers.
A once excellent product now with a disgusting taste, short usage, and often empty cartridges with extremely poor customer service.
Please do not pay me lip service by offering to contact me as I will not be buying again.

Like many other posts, i have been buying 10motives 20mg for several years without an issue but last batch bought in Oct 23 were awful, like burnt menthol back taste. I sent 30 packs back and ET were awesome, sent free starter kits for alternatives i could try and replaced no problem- i opted for OK Vape. 5 in pack, cheaper and fit 10motives batteries. I suspect i know what they are doing to reduce stock of menthol liquid to then discontinue both lines. I have heard they intend to discontinue these but dont take my word for it,
