My God! Dont even buy a box from that business ,
Bought 4 for my transit , 2 of the „leaking” casing engine light / limp mode to come on , reported and replacements sent BUT when box was opened there was only 1 delivered , seller kindly noted it was a problem their end but would cover fitting cover of the one delivered late .
Once both installed no more than 3 miles down the road injector number two spits out over 1/4 tank on the road risking van fire and potential terrible accident .
£850 for a maaaasssive headache with these lot .
Never ever get near that even if you think its a money saving … ITS NOT!

Unfortunately the injector I was sent failed and started leaking within couple months. Sent them a WhatsApp video and they agreed to switch it out with another one. Wasn't to bad had to pay another deposit until I sent the defective one back. Only down side had to pay my local garage another hours labour to swap the injector out. Thankfully the injectors all come with new washers and a new bolt.

It was just unfortunate that the injector failed but would still buy from them again. I understand things happen and you can't 100% guarantee refurbished items won't fail

I recently purchased a refurbished diesel injector from WT Diesel for fitment into my 2013 Citroen C4.

I would like to state publicly that every step of my purchase (whilst feeling somewhat uncertain) actually went excellently...!!!

I ordered what I thought was the correct injector for my car, but luckily had the foresight to know that car parts can vary depending on time and place of manufacture, and so had included my vehicles identity numbers in the comment box at the bottom of the order.
Next thing, I am contacted by a "Muhammed", who very quickly informed me that he'd cross-referenced my order against my vehicles details and stated that I'd ordered the wrong part.
He then diligently guided me on how to amend my order without actually cancelling it altogether and starting all over again.
My injector arrived 2 days later (after a failed delivery attempt whilst I was asleep the next day), and after waiting for a nice day in which to fit it, the injector has now been installed and has already made a huge difference to the way that my car now runs.
The injector now simply needs to be re-coded to my car in order to make it run even better, which will take place in the next day or 2.

Having served in the public service sector, I am intensely aware of just how quickly people can be to complain - but on the other hand, really slow to recognise excellent service when it is provided above and beyond expectation.
So I really just want to thank everybody at WT Diesel who had any input into making my own customer experience as great as it was, as it was a job very well done and WT Diesel should be proud of their business model and how they operate together.

Again, very well-done everyone and please know that I will have absolutely no problem in recommending you to others, or indeed, using your service again in the future if needed.

A brilliant service. The team were helpful in advising which injectors I needed and I received them within a few days. The injectors work perfectly and the refund deposit was quickly returned..I highly recommend and will use them again for my other vehicles.

Excellent customer service. Always received prompt response when asked a question. Ordered injectors for my car however they were not required after all. Accepted the return even though it was outside of their return period. Goods were unopened in original packaging. Would highly recommend

Was having trouble finding some injectors for my transit van,found WTDiesil and within 3 days i had my new injectors sent out,also if you send your old one's back you get money for them too. Would highly reccomend them. Thanks again WTDiesil
