Seconde time ordering from them. Always amazing customer service they always make sure I get the right injector and they reply out of office hours too. They gave me the return label too so no charge for sending back old injector and the new injector comes with programming information which make it easy for my mechanic to do a proper job.

Injector services
Was a straightforward transaction I I contacted them in the morning then paid for the injectors same morning and they was dispatch same day and arrived with me the next day allowing for my vehicle to be off the road for only two days

Breach of contract
The contract of sale includes returning injectors to get a refund on the old ones. I sent mine back exactly as per the instructions and nobody accepted them at WT Diesel.
I see some sort of scam going here. I am out the postage cost and the refund. Now owed about AU$240.
This is a breach of contract. Where is my refund?

Thank you for your feedback. Core charges are refunded once the old injectors are returned. We have not yet received the injectors, nor any parcel marked as refused at our depot. If the courier indicates the parcel was refused, please share the tracking details so we can follow up directly.
WTDiesel does not provide prepaid return labels for international shipments. however, we’re happy to cover return postage up to £15 to ensure your satisfaction. For assistance, please contact us at info@wtdiesel.com

WT Diesel have been absolutely amazing
WT Diesel have been absolutely amazing. They helped me find the correct injector for my vehicle and their communication around this was excellent. Other aspects of my order have been dealt with with full support. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly return if I ever need an injector in the future.

Excellent communication and the injectors were delivered quickly and they looked as good as new.
Unfortunately my car had to be scrapped and so I returned the injectors for a full refund. Which was really excellent.
