The wrong item was originally delivere
The wrong item was originally delivered but to be fair they quickly sent a replacement after I’d contacted them. No instructions received with the replacement garage door bar kits but a pdf of instructions for a product that contained them was sent after I contacted them. I haven’t installed the door bars yet.

WS359-20 uPVC Door/Window Seal – Deformed/Flattened Bubbles Every 12 Inches
WS359-20 uPVC Door/Window Seal – Deformed/Flattened Bubbles Throughout the Seal
Unfortunately, the seal has deformed or flattened bubbles at regular intervals, roughly every 12 inches along the seal. I received a replacement from the seller, but unfortunately it had the same problem.
The seal is unevenly coiled and tightly packed inside the small round box, which I suspect may be causing the bubbles to deform.
I’m disappointed with the overall quality and would recommend that buyers be aware of this issue.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry that both your original seal and the replacement had deformed sections. We understand how disappointing this is, particularly after you gave us the opportunity to put things right.
We appreciate you highlighting how the seal was coiled and packed. We’ll review this to understand whether the packaging may have contributed to the problem and what improvements are needed.
Please get back in touch with us directly if there are any issues in the future with the product. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and the frustration of receiving a replacement with the same issue.
Kind regards

Good garage door side springs
Good garage door side springs. Should be sold in pairs or at least a discount for two. Did not come with plastic tube covers which it says is how you can confirm they are the correct springs. I have reused the old damaged tube covers. After all they are part of the safety of the spring. Keeps little fingers away. The springs work well and provide good assistance. Fast delivery. Well packaged. Springs folded over to reduce size of package.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear the springs are working well and that you were happy with the delivery and packaging.
We appreciate your comments regarding pricing and the plastic tube covers. Our springs are priced significantly lower than the equivalent parts supplied directly by Garador, which we feel offers customers very good value. The plastic tube covers are now obsolete and are no longer supplied by Garador or other manufacturers, so unfortunately they are not something we are able to provide with the springs.
Thank you again for your purchase and for taking the time to leave a review.
Kind regards
