Helpful and tolerant chat with Jack made sure I ordered the right mechanism. Prompt delivery. Meant I could replace the door-lifting mechanism, rather than the whole door.

Garage Door Replacement Spring
Apparently, two companies told me that this couldn't be replaced. However, they would sell and install a new garage door, at a cost of either £1100 or £1200...
I went online, found your company and after a quick online chat, I ordered the part. At a cost of £160 plus delivery, which was very reasonable, it was delivered within a couple of days.
Sunday morning, my friend and I installed the spring, took us just over two hours, as we had to remove the door completely.
It wasn't easy, not by any means, but with a wee bit of swearing, and no skinned knuckles, it was duly fitted and working!
Thank you so much!
