Don't buy anything from this company. The skirt I ordered is nothing like the picture. It's extremely small, looks like a childs skirt and sheer and it took a month to get here. Very poor quality. Don't waste your money. If I could give no stars I would.

I ordered a bikini from there website. I paid for express shipping, but doe to COVID-19 it came in 13 days instead of three. The bikini was really nice and had good quality. Because of it’s long shipping time I received a discount on my next order.

Order took an extremely long time but because of COVID it was frustrating but understandable.
Bought 2 dresses Same size different colours both are good quality .

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! I placed an order 3/1/20 been 2 1/2 months ! I have gotten no product or refund! They do not give shipping info and refuse to refund . I demanded my money 4 times now and zero response. Lesson learned DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA.

This vendor is horrible do not order from this website. I'm in a dispute with them right now and they are hard to deal with, I placed order 03 02/20 and still haven't received. Buyer beware these goods are being shipped from CHINA. The denim jacket I order was the wrong size and had a fowl odor seller is making it very hard for me to get refund it's been very frustrating. I had to file escalate dispute with PayPal still waiting on resolution. Please buyer be aware DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. PLLEASE

HORRIBLE!!! My item didn't' arrive until I opened a complaint with paypal and it still took 2 months longer than it should have. Once it arrived, it was a terrible material. Was suppose to be a nice looking blazer but looks like a clown jacket. Still trying to get my money back-very upset!

DO NOT ORDER anything from Wsdear. I ordered a pair of pants on 2/7/2020 and still have not received them today 2/20/2020. There is zero way to track your item bc they say they’ll send you email with teaching info but they don’t and you can’t call bc the phone numbers are disconnected and all you’ll hear is a recordeD Verizon message. I’m trying to get a refund but again there is no one to contact. They provide an email address but they don’t email you back for a few days and all they tell is your item is waiting to be shipped. They’re thieves and liars. My advice is find your item somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money.

Stay away from this site!! I ordered an item , never received it, but my card was charged. When I tried to reach them to get reimbursed, I was told then that the item was out of stock- to choose something else. There is no way to apply the money they already took- so I guess they get to keep it?!, because they haven’t replied to my request for a refund for the item they never delivered!!

I ordered a costume on October 7, 2019, for a party and I paid for fast shipping 7 to 10 business days and received my item a month later on November 7th, 2019, 2 weeks too late. I filed a dispute through Paypal, who charged my account anyway and closed the dispute, because I did finally received the item. They didn't care that it was 2 weeks too late. I don't trust the seller enough to pay for shipping back to China to get a refund, because I doubt I would ever see the money.... the customer service hours are for only 3 hours a day and no one answers the phone and they were not helpful at all through email, they were blaming the USPS for slow service, but they didn't send it as priority mail...that was their mistake and I paid for it. Very disappointed in WSDEAR and Paypal for horrible customer service, and will never use either again.

i wouldn’t even give it one star tbh.i paid for fast shipping because i had homecoming on a saturday.mund that this dress didn’t come till a tuesday after i ordered it a week before with fast shipping.the dress was the wrong size,horrible quality,and i want a refund from 41$ they said i get 6 horrible website DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I order two dresses both the same one was a small the other was a medium. I order one 9/3 and the other 9/4. I received the one that I ordered 9/4on 9/21. I have not received my other dress. Tried to call and email nothing back. Today is 9/24.

We had an issue with sizing and appearance but service department helped us get through it.

I really like WSdear. They have good quality clothes at affordable prices... shipping was fast, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Ordered a long black leather skirt with long fringe. Got a pole dancer length skirt with cheap fabric fringe. Don't order from them. They think you're not going to remember what you ordered apparently.

I bought some clothing from them recently for a birthday party, and the package arrived fairly quickly - within 2 weeks. The clothing was of pretty good quality though one had a loose stitch. They fit really well though, so I can't complain.

Do NOT order from this company. Took over 7 weeks to get a dress for my daughters dance. Dress arrived 2 weeks after her dance. Dress was cheaply made and smelled terrible. I had to stop payment on my cc because they wouldn’t refund my money. Order from LuLu’s. Much better product and service!

It's been a great experience shopping at WSdear. The product has been in very good condition, shipping has been fast and I am very satisfied with the customer service. I will certainly repeat with my purchase.
