Avoid buying from this company. They do not deliver or pay you money back. Avoid at all costs. They are taking your hard-earned money, and you will never hear from them again. They will not respond to your emails or direct contacts. They are Fake, and the staff who work there should be ashamed. You have been WARNED

Scam

Scam. A watch did show up, but it was a $5 Casio whereas I paid $270 for a special Swatch watch. I've emailed them 8 times over two months, and they promised to send the actual watch or refund - after that, I've never gotten a response and nobody picks up at their phone number.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I waited a month for the watch. The first email I sent to support was responded to. They had mentioned that they would need to receive the item and verify authenticity. I waited a couple of more weeks and support was a ghost, no tracking number, no response after a few more messages. This is a Do Not Buy!!!!!

Awful Company

Despite them saying item has been shipped and no tracking details supplied over the last 3 weeks, and latest messages I have sent been ignored by them I have submitted section 75 claim with Credit Card and also filed a report with the FTC. What a disgraceful retailer should be ashamed for treating honest people this way.

Scam

Order 1016 made on the 9th of march. Absolutely zero communication despite trying on chat and email. They reply to you initially before you make the order and disappear as soon as they have your business. Appalling, will be reaching out to Amex to refund.

There are still no updates on my order

There are still no updates on my order. I bought a watch on March 24, 2025, and the delivery was supposed to take 7 to 14 days. The Shop app still shows ‘Preparing shipment’ for the past 14 days. They haven’t responded to any of my emails and phone calls.

Pretty unreliable service

Pretty unreliable service , had not been updated With the progress of my product. Had to ask multiple times for my receipt. I ve ordered my product on March 1st had yet to have any information .overall not really impressed with the way this is company functions 。dont use this site they will take your money and not deliver
