As discussed, tracking information was provided and the latest update shows that the parcel appears to be held in Irish customs. We believe the original order will eventually be delivered, but rather than asking you to wait any longer, we have sent a replacement.
We’re sorry that this has happened and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, once an international order has left us, we have no control over the shipping or customs process.

The issue I have is the straps loosen…
The issue I have is the straps loosen and I have to keep pulling it back in place and hope the magnet holds. It is fiddly to tighten and get the magnet in the right place whilst holding the tension just right otherwise due to the weight of the main part of the watch loosens it

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not happy with the strap. You’re very welcome to return it for a full refund.
At 2.7mm, the mesh is relatively substantial for this type of strap, and we do clearly state the thickness in the product description. We’ve sold hundreds of these bracelets and have generally received very positive feedback. That said, we completely appreciate that everyone has their own preferences when it comes to the look and feel of a watch strap.
If you’d like to return it, just let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange the refund once it’s received.

We were surprised to see a negative review before having the opportunity to understand the issue and try to resolve it. We’re always happy to work with our customers to find a suitable solution.
Our mesh straps are made in sizes up to 24mm, and we don’t offer anything larger than this, so it seems unlikely that the wrong size has been sent. That said, it’s certainly possible that there could be an issue with the strap itself, and we’d like to investigate this properly.
All of our 24mm straps are produced using the same mould, and we haven’t experienced any previous issues with the sizing. It would therefore be helpful to know which watch you are trying to fit the strap to, as this may help us identify what is causing the problem.

I completely understand your frustration, and I’m sorry that the shipping took longer than expected.
I just wanted to clarify that the order itself was not delayed by six days before being shipped. The order was placed at 11:27pm on Friday, and as this was outside our working hours, it was dispatched on the following Monday, which was our next working day.
Occasionally, there can also be a delay between an item being handed over to the postal service and the first scan appearing in the tracking system, which can make it look as though an order has taken longer to dispatch than it actually has.
We’re sorry that this took longer than you anticipated and hope it hasn’t caused too much inconvenience.
