Used them in 2023 and had a good experience as a a landlady

Tried to use them in 2026 and believe consistently wrong advice on important point of law that is notice required to be given by Tenant. I DONT THINK IS SHOULD BE EDUCATIONING YOU ON THIS AND WRONG ADVICE GIVEN

I have dealt with Wrights Residential for over 18 years, buying, selling and having them manage rental properties. I can say without a doubt that the service and kindness I have received has been exceptional and consistent. I continue to use Wrights Residential, they stand head and shoulders about other companies in the town.

Without doubt the best property selling experience possible from a great team of people headed by Katy.

Katy, Senior Sales Negotiator was incredible. From the very start, her approach, advice and support were of the highest standard, her manner also put us at ease and gave us confidence in the journey ahead. She clearly knew her field and definitely understands the clients position throughout the whole process.

Any issues were dealt with efficiently and professionally but also with a strong sense of consideration. We were updated of any movements from the buyer or their solicitor at all times, and the whole transition was explained fully and in a warm respectful way.

Naadia, also deserves a mention. Whenever Katy was away from the office there was a seamless continuation of the of the very high standards we were already receiving.

Wrights Residential have totally removed the distrust and negative outlook people previously had on estate Agents, they have absolutely nailed customer care.

I cannot fault the service provided, well done Wrights Residential for amassing such a wonderful team of professionals.

We’ll be coming back for more when we eventually return to the area.

This is the second time we have used wrights, but first time for our sell. They were great from start to finish. No nonsense or long winded sales pitches just a helpful and upfront process.
