I received the item and it has a hole in it. I am unable to wear it until I try to get it fixed. Not happy

I got my first package but it took forever, I have yet to receive my second package. I ordered them before Christmas. Very unhappy. If by Monday I will be asking for my money back.

Was not aware of the length of time to receive order

The only reason I don't give 5 stars is my wife did not get it before Christmas

I ordered almost two months ago and still no package. They were quick to receive my payment but I have no idea where my package is.

Customer service bad & took to long for delivery will never order again

Even though I was fully charged for the order the day after it was placed it still took 2 weeks and 2 emails requesting information and updates for me to receive a tracking number, that has not had an update since the day they emailed me back (4 days ago). I haven't received the product yet so I cannot rate that, but I can rate processing time, shipping time and customer service as poor. I'm actually concerned that I will never receive my order.

I ordered some merchandise from Wrapped By Faith, however I've never received the items. USPS lost my items and Wrapped By Faith returned my money. Wrapped By Faith was prompt in replying to my emails and refunding my money. I will order from them soon. Very professional company!

These negative reviews really disappoint me, I've had nothing but great experiences with wrapped by faith. Its unfortunate that only people only write bad reviews, and never take the time to write reviews about good experiences. Wish more people would talk about how great this company is.

Update: so because you finally refunded me, you deserve 5 stars? That's not how it works. I did not have a great experience working with this company, so I will not change my review. So please stop asking me too. Stop making me look like the bad guy when yall lied to me numerous times about my shippment. Have a great day. Yes i finally after 6 weeks recieved my refund yall... I reached out to this company numerous time so dont try to make me look like a liar WBF....they gave me exact dates my order was to be delivered, but it never was. I never recieved my order so I will be leaving a terrible review for this company.

Loved the hoodie. Sizing is Horrible. Returned 2x and still didn't fit. Customer Service was always helpful.

Never got my order. Spencer responded to my review via email and asked me to delete this review because it was bad for business. I still have not received my order from November and have asked to be refunded my money or for a tracking number. I have had no response. Would give them less than one star if possible.

The order took longer to get to me than I was told and the size was misleading. It was not true to size.

My review hasn't changed. I will never buy from this company again.

NO WAY! Holy crud!! Worst company EVER!! Still have not gotten my item 16 days after placing my order and have gotten the snottiest meanest emails I ever have gotten. WORST customer service ever. And they call themselves Christian. Obviously will never buy from them again, buyer beware.
I can only imagine that these good reviews are all fake. Because from the start they never have been good, fast, courteous or polite.
UPDATE: December 30th...Just got my wife’s Christmas present. Shipping label shows that it was shipped from West Covina California. That is a 7 Hour drive from my house and it took them over two weeks to get it to me, with no notice of back orders or expected timelines. Lesson learned. Buy from a big box store.

I ordered a sweatshirt that has pictures of it on a model, so I assumed that it would be long like it was in the main photo (like a tunic style), but it was not - in fact it is loosely fitted but only the length of an average sweatshirt, which when I looked back at the listing it is accurate for the next photo on a model. I'm my opinion it should not have photos posted making it look longer than it is. I was specifically looking for long sweatshirts, so this was very disappointing for me.

However, it is a very soft and cute sweatshirt! It's not a heavy one for cold winters in Wisconsin though, and the hood is not actually usable.

My package got lost somehow and I emailed the company. They were extremely quick to respond and make things right by either refunding or sending out a new one for me. I was very impressed by their customer service!

I ordered on black friday and got a great deal. However shipping was only supposed to take 1 week. I bought the expedited shipping. Here it is Dec 15th and the status on my order still shows, info sent to USPS, but USPS is still waiting on the package. They still have not shipped my order.

It took too long for my order to be delivered, and one of two items was shipped in the wrong size.

I reached out via email before I ordered to make sure it was going to arrive before a certain date for a birthday present and Spencer assured me it would arrive on time, apparently some of their items can take longer then others so I was glad I reached out first.
My items arrived early and were even better then what I expected! Only took 9 days to arrive and Spencer had told me it would take 15 days.
Great informative customer service and great products with a even better meaning behind them!
So happy with my purchase and the person I gifted one of the items to loves it and wears it all the time:)
